I remember being told no real gangster has both of his front teeth.  Here is another one “No real gangster never did time.”  This is sayings, because everything is in degrees.  But most gangsters do not have there real fronts and do go to prison at some point in their careers.  Me I an not  gangster however I did time and had my fronts surgically removes and replaced, I have two crowns one gold and I am actually known by my father’s friends as Paul Castellano.  So who am I?  Better yet what am I?  Am I a Gangster Monk?

 

I am just a dude that was born into a bunch of crap; whose intelligence was rob in better terms played and now I am going home to my people, family and cousins.

 

Let tell you a story, I am good at telling stories.  This one is called “Bullet Proof.”

One guy was loaded the other empty.  The loaded one was mortal and the empty one was Bullet Proof.  So Mortal had it made as long as he was under the cover of Bullet Proof.  Mortal was a big spender he splurged and mistreated Bullet Proof, he figured he had it all because Bullet Proof was ago lucky dude and never complained.  One time they tried to shoot Mortal and Bullet Proof jumped in front of him, caught the bullet in his hand and asked one simple question, “Now do I get paid?”  Mortal laughed and said this guy is he amazing.

 

Bullet Proof was a man of patience, but death came to his family in a close manner and he realized he was out of time.  See Bullet Proof realized though he was no mortal being his family was and what good would be this delayed fortune if all his family died off prior to his judgment.  So Bullet Proof said to Mortal, I think you are out of time and he walked away.

 

To the big city he said, what good are you?  What do you have to offer me?  I cannot go to a baseball game or borrow your hotels.  I can only look at the condominiums and watch the fancy cars drive by; I cannot even afford a cab in this city.  If I must live a simple life I may as well live in a simple town.  So Bullet Proof packed his bags and left to a small and simple town and did not even look back.  Bullet Proof was Mortal’s nuclear umbrella and he knew it, but Bullet Proof had no idea.  And then hit was a mushroom cloud.

To be released in April 2010, from the previews it looks like an exciting and untraditional Tyler Perry film.  Not so much a comedy but an action drama.  People have been saying they want something different from Tyler and I think they might just get it this time.

Is this an oxymoron or what?   Did Michael disappear or reappear.  What was supposed to be Janet’s turn, has become an ongoing saga of the King of Pop even after death?  It is unbelievable, Michael’s movie grossed over $100 Million worldwide with little promo and he still has over 200 unreleased songs and modern technology to assist the engineers.

 

However meanwhile, Janet Number Ones will be released on November 17^th which includes 33 songs.  She had an unbelievable career so far, but she will always be Michael’s little sister, which is something to be proud about.

 

Also she has been doing the benevolent circuit helping raise money for the poor in need of clean water and the sick with AIDS. This has been done unnoticed by main stream media, but is wonderful acts of charity.

 

Most of the hype has been focused on her work in the studio, with her new to be released on the Number Ones CD “Make Me,” it’s hot.  She has been working with different producers, the latest being Rodney Jerkins.  There will be a music video to be added to the release of “Make Me,” said to be directed by Robert Hales who worked with Justin Timberlake to name a few, not to be as a reminder of the Super Bowl SNAFU.

 

But it looks like Janet is bouncing back nicely, with her new studio CD on its way and the creation phase and also a book to be released in 2010.  Janet is shining it is just hard to see it right now, because Michael is like ball of fire out in the stratosphere and Janet and nobody’s successes can be measured against this “Energy Blast.”  Janet is volatile and Michael an anomaly and both Jackson’s.   And there is no competition.

Is this a dumb question?   Maybe 20 years ago without a second of consideration the answer would have been yes that is a dumb question, however this is not 20 years ago.  I asked a teen this question and asked for an honest answer and I was told, I have to abide by the law, but I do not know if there is a God.  I said so you fear Bloomberg more than you fear God and the answer was yes.

 

This is what New York City is creating non God fearing children, who know who to blame for there hardships.  There was a time when everyone’s faith was basically in God and that God would see them through hard times, but now these children no longer want to wait on the Lord of Never and Never-Land.

 

In the old days we were blind by the vile of secrecy, but now wars are fought on television and the state of the world is heard everyday on the radio.  The right to speech has gone beyond acceptability and with these economic hard times the liberal left is forcing tolerance in every area but Godliness.

 

So we ask why do not our children fear God or even believe in the existence of God.  And the fool in-charge may think this is ill-relevant.  But is this really of no real significance?  See there was a time when Satan was a secret, but now the Illuminati are actually posted on the Internet, so now even evil has a face.  We use to blame the hands for everything that went wrong in the world.  We would say Oh it is the Mafia causing all these dreadful mishaps.  Now John Gotti does not even make it on the front page of the New York Post, because people can see beyond the crap.

 

I was told as a child a man destroys that which he fears.  Do you fear God or Man?  Now you see where I am going with this letter.  See people feared Hitler; people feared the Mafia and by God people fear God.  But now people do not believe these exist any longer.   People went to sleep on the Bavarian movement or the Roman Empire and the Underworld has become a thing of foreigners with no real interest in America’s good health.  All we see is the politicians who are making false promises they have no power to fulfill, who are now feared more than God by our youth.  By the process of deduction who is the next to fall?  When there is no Underworld, Reich (Holy Roman Empire) or God?  The Music Industry is a symptom of a much larger fish, to be fried.

There is not many more Michael Jackson or Janet Jackson’s created.  The days of the big budget transitions to mega hits are becoming too risky at best.  Sure there are a few big stars out there but are they as big as they seem or were they ever.  I mean is fame money or an expense.  Is success being surrounded by body guards at $250G a hit, being chauffeured in limousines and spending $500,000 on video to be seen at your cost, as music videos are still considered promos.

 

Radio shows are being simulcast; it like really few local DJ’s anymore, so where is all the money going?  It seems like a hand full of people is getting paid large at high tax brackets or not paid at no tax bracket.  But a strange thing is taking place in the music industry, evolving is a new middle class.  Very few people are selling a million CD’s, people are taking lessons from people like Tyler Perry and going back to building fan bases to old fashion way city to city and town to town.  People are recording on privately owned studios and self promoting their material.

 

To make a long story short, people are realizing that it is not worth having a multi-million dollar contract to clear $100G per year or even be in the red, when they can freelance and make $500G and have a life.  As we know so well there is a disparity between what a star makes and what they pocket after video recoup, producers, studio costs, taxes, security and all the stuff that comes with the package called a star..

The New York Dream is not meant for New Yorkers, sorry Alicia and Jay-Z, you’ll are the exceptions and show pieces.

 

Maybe I got old too fast, people say I do not look my age but younger and I do not feel old.  But they say wisdom comes with age and I see something happening in New York City that is ill reversible.  There are trends taking place here in the big apple and it is creating two main classes.  Mayor Bloomberg says this is a city for the middle class, but that is not true.  It is setting up to become a city of extremes, being the rich and the poor.

 

This is not the New York City I was raised in; it is like a foreign planet.  A place whereby going to a sports arena is like a dream for most.  There is no work for the working class, all the manufacturing plants a far gone, and everything is service oriented or setup for cheap labor.  Bloomberg ignores Federal Law.  He tells the illegal incomers to jump the fence and come to New York City where you have everything waiting for you free medical, dental and education, because we want your cheap labor, so the rich can thrive.  It is a sad day.

 

But as the illegal immigrants come up north, people like I know my welcome is up and it is time to return to the south. I was raised in New York City, but this is not my city anymore.  I see the south as an opportunity and a new beginning, a place full of resources in need of ideas.  So as the cheap labor comes to the north a lot of real New Yorkers are leaving the city while the getting out is still possible.

 

I noticed most of my old friends left New York City already to the south, as the south has a reputation of racism, I know New York City is not what it claims to be, and the people here are not real New Yorkers anymore.

Haven’t named the studio yet, but it will be representative of the location or the people behind it.  I have so many ideas running through my head as to how to finance the finishing touches of the recording studio.  It should be fun.  Maybe we might make a compilation CD of the neighborhood talent; I have some new musicians and producers lined up to assist me, being I admittedly find myself ole school, which is not a bad thing as ole school is new school in today’s market.

 

But this project really is not about the next series of hits or about me, as I will not accept a salary as President and CEO, until the organization develops into something extraordinary.  Sure people will get paid for their services if they are earners, but I am not in this one for the money or should I say immediate gratification.

 

The idea of a non profit organization with a recording studio located at the headquarters, making it a non profit recording studio, does not mean it cannot turn a buck, it only means people will not get rich off of the labor of others unless they actually participate, there will be no stock holders.  All the money goes to neighborhood related causes and the staff and labor, therefore the artist should make a higher percentage of the money made due to their talents and pay less to record, because at the end of the fiscal years all the money has to be spent. 

 

If it was about money the saying would be true that we are as good as our last hit record, because every year we will start from scratch so to speak but not absolutely, because this thing of ours will build through reinvestments until we have a top quality studio.  They say a true religion starts in a storefront; it looks like we will be much more fortunate than that as we will start in a commercial building, as the Community Network and Coalition brings the community together.

 

People who I never thought would care are showing interest, I guess a good idea is a good thing.  I think this is a winner!  The DAW makes this all possible in the new millennium.

I was reading about the debate last night and they say Bloomberg won, but I expected that because he owns the media.  But what I saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears was totally different.  Mayor Bloomberg seemed nervous as Comptroller Thompson seemed confident and on point.  Thompson was not on the defensive on the contrary Bloomberg was because it is obvious that he had something to hide, which is that he buys endorsements through contributions to supporters and when Thompson brought this to the forefront Bloomberg evaded the subject matter.

 

Bloomberg  accused Thompson of Qui pro quo because of his political fund raising to run his campaign, because he is a Billionaire and had 10’s if not 100’s of millions to burn to run his campaign.  The Quid pro quo is when Bloomberg buys the black leadership with his billions by throwing those crumbs for their endorsements.

 

Bloomberg says we need more immigrants because they work harder than poor blacks.  And wants to just give citizenship to anyone who jumps over the fence at the border, with free healthcare and education, whereby Thompson realizing the struggling economy suggest we need real emigration reform, because it is a Federal issue, that was a major difference.

 

Mayor Bloomberg referred to people like Cory Booker the Mayor of Newark, New Jersey as those people that he supports, but it is not Quid pro quo when he supports a New Jersey Mayoral campaign, but it is when a man helps a pension fund make over $20 Billion and they give campaign support to him because they believe he would make a good Mayor.  As Mayor Bloomberg have more votes than anyone on the board.

 

The Bloomberg and Thompson combination was great for New York, but the natural transition was interrupted because Bloomberg changed the term limits.  I think Mayor Bloomberg was a great Mayor, but a better businessman and is probably using his position to make billions for him and his friends.  I think Thompson is much smarted than Bloomberg and intelligence is not measured in the dollar value as Mayor Koch may have alluded to, by saying Bloomberg is the best candidate because he is the richest one.  Because while one man is learning and the other man is earning does not make the top earner a better man, does it?

We live in a world whereby terms like Gay (Joy) means homosexual and the term faggot is taboo.  Now you have the right to agree with these concepts but it is an attack on these groups of protected people to disagree unless it is done politely.  Meanwhile as it is taboo to say Jew unless it is done in a good way, do not dear say “Jew me.”  But in Hollywood every other word is nigger and bitch referring to black people.

 

Has it become a crime to say what you feel?  Is this an artificial society whereby the world thinks Americans are what the media dictates what we can say in public.  Does the world think that Americans really believe that being a Jew makes you one of God’s children and being homosexual makes you one of Gods protected children and being black means you are without class and deserve to be put in prison or on the front line of war?

 

It is sad how blacks have so much spending power and political power, yet we are on the bottom of the barrel.  It is a sad day when it became a greater curse upon man to say the word faggot opposed to say nigger or black bitch.  A black man can kill a black man that is expected, but do not dear even say something grossly negative about homosexuals, because instead of them getting on their knees, you will be brought to yours. 

 

It is not fair people should be able to say what they truly feel without media censorship, that the American society can be represented for what it is, because until then it cannot be corrected.  We have to know how people really feel about the craziness going on especially when it comes to homosexuality, Jews and blacks.  But only when it comes to blacks is it all right to say nigger.

 

My point, not to say some Jews are not God’s children but some are very evil, and certainly some homosexual are straight up faggots and go out of their way to act feminine, nasty and smell like and ass exhaust pipe and most black people are not niggers even if they think of themselves as so, but from what is projected by the media you would never know Americans are aware of this.

What do I want?  Before you can measure success for me you have to know this.  Do I want anything that I do not already have?  Because you do not duly recognize I have these things does that make your viewpoint factual?  See I have been poor all of my life; it is the government of the United States that is falling from grace. The question is not do I have what it takes to overcome him, because in essence that is what the stars are saying, “Someone in a position of power believes he can keep me down.”  But the real question is can he solve the problems of the world without the power of God.  It says you can only get to the father through me!  Even if I gave you all the answers can you apply them without the Lord?

 

Did it ever occur to you that I am losing interest in the whole shebang?  Did it ever occur to you that I always hated being put under, to meet in the heavens and that what has to take place I do not look forward to it?  You can discourage me if you want to and give me an excuse to disappear, they say Canada accepts exiles and gives them medical benefits.  Maybe I am in the wrong country?  If you do not have faith in me, why should I have faith in saving your asses?

Business activity in the United States is in a continuous declining stage.  And, a lot of politicians are starting to include the word “Recession,” in their vocabulary.  Even as some politicians attempt to convey their interpretation of our current economic decline with optimism, I sense pessimistic overtones, as they consider dipping into the so-called social security “Lock Box,” which they vowed not to do except for as they now say in the case of war or a recession.

 

It is said that our economy is “Consumer based” and “Energy driven.”  The average person’s interpretation of this statement is that, as long as the multitudes use their money to consume goods and services, and the energy supplies are available to sustain these business activities, we will experience good economic times.  In reality this statement is a deception, the reality of the matter is that our economy is actually “Capitalist based,” in that as long as investors can make a profit by means of our consumerism, we will experience a good economy, meaning that they will hire people for jobs, as long as they spend most of their earnings on consumer products, and pay their taxes.

 

I understand the importance and the nature of these capitalistic principles, which allows many Americans to enjoy a high standard of living; however, it has its faults.  By design our economic system deprives many Americans of the so-called American dream, whereby the average hard working American cannot accumulate moderate holdings, either one will have abundance, or not much at all.  Too many Americans are living as little as two checks away from homelessness.

 

It is my position that our current economic woes are as a result of corporate greed and government mismanagement.  The bottom line is that we the American people are in over our heads with government and consumer debts, and the big corporate America investors are cashing in on their profits.  It is no secret that the government is in enormous debt, and is using the social security surplus to pay down on it, which will have to be paid back by tax revenues in the future and/or new borrowing.  But, also one must recognize the enormous consumer credit card debts, which are in the range of trillions dollars.  People are not engaging in consumer spending as much as in the past, because they are trying to pay for what they already purchased.  Meanwhile, companies are firing people, because profits are down.

 

You may think that my statement about corporate investors cashing in on profits is absurd, because everybody knows the stock market is on a down trend.  However, the price of stock depends on what people are willing to pay for it.  Stock prices raise when there are more buyers than sellers, and when people try to unload their stock to cash in on their profits in large numbers, the stock prices decline.

 

What people need to realize is that the so-called booming economy we recently experienced was a big gimmick that was generated by credit, and now stock prices are basically coming back down to earth.  The whole economic boom was a big scheme, and the American people played right into it.  As a result of this recent charade, unlike never before, there is a huge disparity between those who have and those who have not.  And, I know for a fact that, key members of the underworld not only orchestrated this strategy to create enormous consumer debt, but, also they orchestrated the strategy that created our current government debt.  The whole economic crisis is a conspiracy.

 

The basis of the recent booming economy was a technology craze, and Microsoft played a major part in it.  People were sold on the idea that computers are not only an important part of the future, but, that everyone should immediately own one.  As people were attracted to this new technology and lead on by constant upgrades that were preceded by the new millennium glitch hype a lot of money was made in the high tech industry.  People jumped into the technology industry without reservations, both in the consumer and investment ends, in what seemed to be an endless and promising systematic activity that people now realize was a very risky enterprise.

 

The illusion of a booming economy without a foreseeable bottom, with enormous growth in the technology sector created strong consumer confidence.  Meanwhile, those who orchestrated this conspiracy were invested early, and therefore were recipients of huge returns, by enjoying their gains from the beginning.  Then, you had the investors who simply got on the bandwagon, some came out winners, but, far more were clearly losers.  And, you had the consumers who went on a spending frenzy, who now find themselves with a bunch of depreciating junk, and are now in enormous debt.  And, now if you observe the pharmaceutical industry, a new frenzy is on the horizon, whereby, people are lead to believe pills can “cure all.”

 

So now the questions are: What is the solution to our economic crisis?  What role should the government play?  And, what role should the private sector play in finding a solution?  I believe that if we really want to find a solution to our economic decline, we must first honestly recognize the facts, as to why we are in our current situation, and stop pretending that our economy and its trends are by chance.  We must find a lasting solution to a declining economy that is plagued with consumers deeply in debt, with a government that is deeply in debt, and by nature an economy that selfishly thrives on profiting from consumer and government spending.

 

To tell you the truth, there is no conventional solution to America’s economic crisis.  The American government and its people have been financially raped.  And, it’s just a matter of time, that if unconventional actions are not taken, this nation will collapse.

 

These superficial solutions coming out of the political camps, to revive our economy are ludicrous at best.  The one that captured my attention is the idea that reducing the capital gains tax, would resurrect our economy by creating more investment capital.  In other words, like the Savings and Loan Scandal, they want the hard working American tax payers to absorb the losses of those who made bad investments, thereby, dragging the government and therefore the American people down further into debt.

 

The secret behind the only real and lasting solution to our long term economic crisis is the question of the legitimacy of our government’s debts, which must be paid back by the people.  We need to ask, who is really behind it?  What do they want?  And, with the understanding that the fall of America will not benefit either party, I believe we should really consider the redistribution of our nation’s wealth, to include reparations for descendants of African slaves in America, and debt relief to the United States government by its creditors.  This can all be accomplished by creating laws as a result of negotiations that will create an even playing field for all Americans.  I believe America’s economic crisis is a wake up call; however; still it is up to the American people to respond to it, or continue to sleep in the bed we have made for ourselves, which will lead to our civil destruction, as a result of a financial collapse.

You will be on sparkling form over the coming 12 months. No matter what curve balls life decides to throw your way you will deal with them all with ease. If you could only capture and bottle your good fortune you could pay off the national debt.

Financially you seem to be better off now than you were a week or two ago, but that is not an excuse to go on a spree. Times may not be quite so hard but they are still unstable, so don’t start spending money like it grows on trees.

They say the National Debt is $10.6 Trillion Dollars as of 11 November 2008.  The question is who does America owe?  Like I said the Mafia is to big business what the CIA is to the government.  If you shut down the Mafia, you shut down big business and therefore shut down the government and thereby the CIA sells its information to foreign powers and America become weak and venerable.  It is a domino effect.  Stop and think about how 3^rd world nations developed and how money was borrowed and you will find out who you actually owe.  That is my speculation anyway.  I do not believe the National Debt is real.

Just because a question does not have an easy answer does not mean you should not ask it. On the contrary, that is exactly the sort of question you should be tackling over the coming 12 months. If you want to be happy you must always think big.

If you are wise you will back off a bit and let things develop in their own way and at their own pace. Events on the work front are unfolding so fast there is really no point in trying to understand or direct them. Watch what happens and react as and when.

Why must I think big?  Who am I really to do such a thing?  My name is not in Forbes.  For that matter I am not even in Wikipedia.  In reality I am non existent, on the official level all I am is blogger.  Who are you fooling?  The so-called people of authority do not ever invite me to any events as a VIP and you say ask a question I will end these remarks with the question Why?  On the contrary I need to think smaller because I have power over my actions in the ghetto and are powerless in Hollywood.

 

A simple thing like my pension from the VA has been frozen in Washington DC for over a year, what kind of power is that.  Janet travels the country and the world with Jermaine Dupri and all I can do is make weak threats and watch from the sidelines.  She drove to the point whereby I really care less about her, because her behavior I cannot change, but my feelings towards her I can change.  So I decided to enjoy life and other women on the planet who are not big time but are small time and are a part of my station of life.  See thinking big time means being alone and tormented, but thinking small means having a life today, because rich sex and poor sex is still nothing but sex and sex is a need.  A rich conversation and poor conversation is still companionship, there are poor women who are prettier and more intelligent than Janet, because Janet was all about a promise I tried to keep and she did not allow me to do so, should a waste more time on her? Certainly not!

Don’t sit around waiting for fame and fortune to come to you – get out into the world and seek them out for yourself. You have never been one for modest ambitions and with Jupiter on your side this year you really can have it all. Just take it.

You seem to have a great many things on the go in your life at the moment and could probably do with a little more private time to calm your mind and emotions. No one will give it to you but no one can stop you from taking it either. Over to you!

I do not have too much going on, yesterday I was very tired and near exhaustion because I was on the go since New Year Eve until the 3^rd and did not realize I did not sleep enough.  I made up for that yesterday and like I said I often become rude when I am too tired and say things better left unsaid but not necessarily untrue.  It is true that Big Paul Castellano was whack for a lesser reason than what Jermaine Dupri pulled with Janet Jackson.  But John Gotti thought he was going just benefit from it without any repercussions, but had to do 10 years for it.  I am not going to talk about it because talk is cheap, we will see at the end whenever that will be, I still think time is on my side.

 

I am not going to fix my screenplay until March 2009, I think it is a very good screen as is, as a speculative version and perhaps a final version, why it is not being picked up is the same reason I have the many problems I have, it is too close to the truth and exposes too many genuine secrets that I posted already anyway, but my readership is not that high a volume so a lot of what I say is not believed or not heard by the masses, but put on the big screen it would be heard and considered by the many.

 

If I learned anything about the entertainment industry is that it thrives on gossip, one time I got about 1,000 hits in one day talking about a series of nothing and my two most popular articles that got and get the most consistent hits are things I do not think people believe but find intriguing.

 

In 2009 I could create myself into celebrity status and become fair game for people to insult, it will not necessarily but money in my pockets.  I have the investment capital to make minor moves, but until I feel the glass ceiling is removed I am hesitant to invest money as they say on a wish list or dream not at that scale anyway.  Do not get me wrong I could go all out and be ill-responsible and hope for the best, but by no means am I simply playing safe, I am building something slowly but surely.  Once I make this final upgrade on my studio I will have something to work with.  And other than maintenance the investment will be complete for about three years.  Hopefully I three years it will pay for itself at a minimum.

 

As for the music thing I am up and running now but I do not like my demos, I have good beats and words but when I put them together my vocal range is an impediment, maybe it is time to work with a few friends and family members interested in music.

 

Like I said, I will take care of the little things this year and if they flourish so be it, but I am not going to reach beyond what I can do on my own, like you said nobody is going to help me even as I helped everyone that keep telling reach for fame and fortune; it is my opinion that you’ll are full of shit, because nothing I do is enough.  I may not make a fortune in 2009 but the year promises to be very interesting and full of surprises.  I could write on and on, but I keep these morning letters a certain length if possible and it is possible today.

I think Janet should release a party with Janet CD with her best fast songs, it should sell because it would be an opportunity for people to get the best songs from all your CD’s on one CD or a double CD, I would go for one CD like I did it.  Then she can do a Party with Janet World Tour with Michael as the opening act.  If she can continue to pull in 8,000+ all he has to do is pull in 10,000+ and we have sellouts around the world and then she can come back and do the shows she postponed with Michael.  I would do a duet with Michael as well to have a new song on the charts, plus record 4 new songs for the tour. 

 

It is not about the money it is about your name and fame level; go for a Live Nation Contract as a result of the tour.  I do not know how she let Jermaine Dupri turn her against your own brother.  “Janet Chooses Jermaine Dupri over her Family.”  How could she even allow such a story be told about you?

 

I sent Janet and the Jackson Family a CD with 17 of my songs, that might consist of the soundtrack for the Apostle, I would like Jermaine Jackson to perform most if not all of the songs, it would be his hit, be complained he never had.  I offered Michael the starring role in the Apostle playing Paul Jones (Castellano), that would be his break into the movie industry and the release of a Janet Party CD and touring on Michael card would complete her comeback, then she can go back to the studios.

 

There are two versions of the Apostle; I would use the one with the fake names to protect the innocent and guilty and create a small level of mystery.  I think we should do like Beyonce did with a Wil Smith twist, what I mean is like Cadillac Records which was very good must I add, we should bankroll the movie and get friends to work on percentages of the profits, to keep filming expenses down and have an all star black cast in the process along with quality Italian cast, because it is about a half African American and half Sicilian involvement with the Mafia while being raised as a black person in a black neighborhood controlled by Italians at street level, but all the time it was him who was in control of the action, but he lived two lives not aware of his role in the Mafia due to hypnosis or his relationship to a famous entertainment family, we can leave that as a mystery.  And a strange twist is it is about bible prophecy.

 

The Wil Smith twist is we will control or black market distribution at whole sale level, which will increase the profit margin and get the story out there to the people of all income brackets.

Now it is all about Jermaine Dupri again, but unfortunately he tried to take all the credit counting the chips before they fall.  He is an executive producer of the Discipline Album in name, wrote many of the songs in name and named the tour after one of his songs.  Every time you read about him he has them mention Janet Jackson’s boyfriend.  Now he lost his job because of his decisions, but they point the finger at Janet Jackson and not at his poor managerial skills, poor judgment and bad decisions.

 

Well in the business world often the buck has to stop somewhere, I said earlier about his relationships with people like Janet Jackson and Little Bow Wow, Usher and the list goes on that they  were unethical in that as a member of Universal Management team, he was unlawfully or unethically fraternizing with the artists and he being a manager at the record company had to be aware of his unethical relationships.  Did he miss that managerial briefing?

 

I said it was dumb to have the franchise being Mariah and Janet compete, but this was his great idea to promote the artist, whereby having them work together would have promoted the label and unity among the artist, hell I would have had each of them featured on the others album, but he set a situation whereby one would fail and one did.

 

He choose to follow Janet all over the country playing cameraman trying to manage on the down-low instead of outwardly representing himself as the manager while everything went haywire.  He hired LL Cool J and Nelly, members of Universal Records, meanwhile LL Cool J was on his last album with the label that did not do well, due the same problem Janet Jackson faced lack of promotions.

 

It is obvious that Jermaine Dupri spent too much time at his celebrity attraction parties and being a Dee Jay (Disc Jockey) and not enough time in the boardrooms and now just because he did not do his job to be informed of the record company priorities (Missed that Meeting also?) and his errors in judgments, because of his obsession with an older woman, are we supposed to believe it is all her fault, just maybe he was in over his head and might get back to doing what he might be able to do well and that is make beats in the name of producer.

 

The rumor is not that he just got fired at Universal Records but got dumped by Janet Jackson who decided to count her losses, due to his poor managerial skills and lack of vision, so as he blame Janet for his failures and as he points the finger at her, there are three fingers pointing at him.  What is Janet supposed to do continue as if none of this happened and allow him to manage the rest of her tour?  He was giving the best in the industry to work with and turned it into shambles.  Janet Jackson’s career is on the verge of disaster all since screwing around with Jermaine Dupri. 

 

Sorry Jermaine if the buck stops at you, welcome to the world of middle management.  Now do not at a fool and blow your studio because it fed you before and can feed you again.  Then again this can be another Jermaine Dupri fabrication, but I hope not it is about time that Daddy’s boy pays for his mistakes.  This is only the beginning?

We start here and it can end here as well.  All we need lawyers for is to write out these negotiations into a contract.  To do this the four entities have to settle on timing these events.

Janet gets $100 Million in a 5 year deal that is extendable to 7 years, which provides for maternal leave in case of pregnancies.  The contract will include 3 CD’s, 3 Movies roles, a 6 months show at a Casino to be named and two world tours.  I do not know the specifics of Madonna and Jay Z’s contracts but this is fair deal and can go under auspicious aspect of the Live Nation relationship and therefore be a Live Nation contract.  I want this cleared ASAP

 

Clear Channel Communications:  $10 Million will give up some publishing

 

You will insure we get radio airplay.  We will give up some of the publishing rights to the albums done on Warner Music Group.

 

Live Nation: $40 Million for three engagements

 

You handle tour promotions and productions.  We will spend about 1 ½ years on the road over a 4 to 6 year period & 6 months in the Casino working about 3 days a week.  You cover the expenses for personnel in conjunction with the USO and the Military via approval of the Pentagon.

 

Paramount Pictures: $25 Million + more Based on Movies performances.

 

I want three movie roles, each leading a bigger role and the last role will be the making point to a new contract.  We will select our roles and there will be no sex scenes.  We want that crime drama superhero type of stuff.

 

 

Warner Music Group: $25 Million + more Based on album performances and Record label.

 

You get 3 SACD’s over 6 years.  We will record the albums out of our home studio that will be provided by you.  We will be able to sign a few artists to her label.   The music will be self produced.

 

 

Tour Insurance & Contract Negotiations

 

Contact these people Marsh Insurance Brokers.  I want basically all the necessary insurance policies that will be covered by Live Nation.  I addition Live Nation will cover the premium to insure ticket sales, meaning if we sale a certain amount of tickets for a show, which will hopefully be a sellout in almost every case through good marketing practices, we are insuring they will perform the show or do the show on a later date, postpone the show or replace the show with another show at a later date.

 

The insurance policy is based on a breakeven point and an expected profit margin and a net profit gain to be negotiated in advance.  Once we meet a certain agreed ticket sales level we sign the pre-negotiated contract. 

 

Make sure when scheduling the shows you leave some lead way to make up shows, I want actual dates like they do in baseball for rainouts to be able to makeup a missed show do to illness , transportation problems and so on.  When booking the shows remember we are dealing with a human being and not a machine, we have to have down time scheduled in to either rest at the moment in time or if rest is necessary we can perform on a scheduled rest day.

 

I want you to try to setup booking with makeup dates in mind if possible.  In other words say we book on the October 22^nd and we are free on the 23^rd that could be a makeup date; however all shows will be indoors if possible.  I repeat if possible.  In return for this insurance policy paid for by Live Nation with Marsh Insurance Brokers we will give up a small percentage of our share of the agreed arrangements.  Be reasonable we are partners in this!

 

The agreement is this we sell the tickets we get the contract in advance of the end of the tour, so we can plan our future arrangements.  I did not plan on Janet doing MTV, but if that is what she wants so be it, it could become big, but my focus is not on an particular event other than this tour, we can schedule this in it can become big if done right.  Like I said as a springboard I want her to send out agents to represent her to weed out those who are simply not talented, then let her take the spotlight when it starts to get serious at MTV.  Before she actually recruits we get paid for name recognition and promised future appearances.  We can do a Janet review at the end of each show like they do in those Model shows even if she did not do the recruiting at the beginning of the shows events.

The difference between me and Janet is that she cared about what other people thought and I cared very little.  I spend most of my life alone knowing without knowing necessarily who, that God would provide for me a mate.  I did not fall in-love often if at all, whereby Janet knew in her heart she was chosen but was rebellious.  She stayed in relationships that none where meant to be because all the time she was married and that is the story of the Jews.  If she cannot see the parallel she is blind.  I said many times she symbolized the Jews and to give up on her is to give up on the whole community.  Anyone who does not want us together does not want God to be with them.  They say God is with us but do not see the parallel.

There will always be people who say you cannot do this and you cannot do that and they will be out in force today, but you don’t have to listen to them, still less act on what they tell you. Self-belief will conquer all doubts, be they your own or other people’s.

It is hard to let go of the past when it is thrown in your face everyday. Is the past the past or is this ongoing until this day?  As for the past I am intentionally constantly reminded.  I do not think I have to elaborate on this, we all know what is posted on the websites.  It is Janet (Jackson) who is holding on the past and not me and the sad things is so much of it is false.  What gets me is the stuff she is putting me through after her past selections of men.  I mean she falsely married an illegal emigrant with a false ID. She still does not know who he is!  But she has to be sure about me?

To be honest all of this procrastination is getting monotonous, what we are waiting for I do not understand anymore.  It is like I make proposals and suggestions to deaf ears, nothing is carried out.  What we are waiting for beats me.  You ran on a change ticket, but nothing is new, I expected the unconventional to be conventional.  I mean why tax cigarettes again, while we have billions in Marijuana being used and home grown?  I told you’ll legalize casino gambling in New York City so my can be funneled back into the system but instead you cut checks on the tax payers backs.  This is not change it is the same old thinking more taxes on the same items.  We have to introduce new products to the broken economy to persuade consumers to spend.  If nothing else legalize Marijuana, not for me because I do not smoke weed do it for the tax payers, it is a product in demand that is cheap to produce and can be mostly priced based on taxes as is tobacco.   And the stuff has been harvest in California already, it is plentiful..

Hell, call it the Embryonic Stem Cell Funding Act and use the proceeds to fund stem cell research or at least a portion of the proceeds.  Convince Americans you are not trying to harm people but is doing it for the greater good that will eventually create a life span of 150 years.  President Kennedy I believe had a vision of reaching the moon and we did several years later and gave American something to look forward to.  Have us look forward to the day whereby we will live at the average of 150 years.  America needs a new vision.  A new vision that is realistically reachable is true change.  Come on Mr. President sell me a dream like a beach in desert and then prove the critic wrong by making it happen with the way ways act!  Maybe you cannot offer eternal life, but 150 years?  Come on man get on the ball and swing the wand.

Janet has a new record deal and is currently cooling out in London working on the finishing touches of her new album to drop in the summer of 2009.  Her tour is not over or should we say she is not finish touring because the promotion of Discipline is dead, because there will be a new album to promote.  Well this is unclear because she described the tour as the second leg of Rock Wit Chu to commence in Amsterdam as rehearsals will begin in June.

Janet Jackson is currently in negotiations for her own record label under the umbrella of Live Nation.  Janet Jackson who owns Black Doll may also carry over the name for her record label.

 

The first album to be released is under works and is expected to drop in the summer of 2009; this year.  There will be some new material and some unreleased older material on the first release to support the continuation of her tour that will probably be renamed to promote the newer material.

 

Rehearsals for the tour will start back up in June of this year and the first stop is in Amsterdam.  There are a lot of heavy weight negotiations taking place at the time so it is impossible to give any further specifics about Janet’s tour or record label other than it will start back (the tour that is) this summer and the record label will most likely be her own label under the umbrella of Live Nation.  The motto is, “we have to think big and for the long haul.”  This is only the beginning!

In and interview by Black Voices it is said Tyler Perry is now working on a sequel to “Why did I get married,” In which Janet Jackson, Jill Scott and Tyler Perry were the headliners.  I thought the movie was very tasteful and well written and directed.  It made over $20 million the first week and debuted at number one on the movie box office. It made a total of about $55 Million plus in the box office.

 

The movie was rated PG for mature thematic material, sexual references and language.  The movie was about 8 married college friends in Janet’s case a professor who reunited for an annual retreat and there are bunch of surprises.  The movie received high rating (A- to B+).  Why did we get married was released on DVD on 2/12/08.  Maybe we might want to get it before the release of the sequel if we have not already.

You are rapidly coming to the end of your personal solar year and when the Sun moves into your birth sign just over a week from now you will look back and wonder why on earth you worried so much. Now that you know that, why not stop worrying now?

I am glad you brought up this point and subject because I wanted to elaborate on this. If we get our way Janet will get a minimum of a 3 record deal as well as 3 movies.

Janet gets $100 Million in a 5 year deal that is extendable to 7 years, which provides for maternal leave in case of pregnancies.  The contract will include 3 CD’s, 3 Movies roles, a 6 months show at a Casino to be named and two world tours. 

Janet is supposed to release one album this summer, the economic forecast for this year from the words of our Honorable President Obama is not very good, but lots of growth is expected next year.  We have to plan these events around the economy; we do not want to keep making excuses about the economic crisis which is real.

 

Now we have Flyte Tyme onboard with Jam and Lewis who are seasoned veteran producers.  I think Janet should stick with the original plan and use various producers on the next album and use some unreleased and new material with about 18 songs and continue the tour and hope that people are willing to spend and have confidence in the economy.  I would add a forth album and a forth movie, due to current economic conditions to the contract.  I would have Jam and Lewis do the 4 SACD cuts, which means at least 4 songs on the album in CD audio as well and save the bulk of the material for the next album to be released towards the end of 2010 at which time she could do a casino bid and make an offer to do a 6 months stay. Hopefully by then we will have casinos in New York City.

 

Hopefully “why did I get married” can be filmed and released this year towards December or early to mid next year.  The new album and the continuation of the current tour should do well but not great and for this reason I would put out the Buzz that better material is being held back due to economic conditions and this one is a warm up towards something totally out of this world.  The second album should be a straight up hybrid SACD, with all the formats that come with it.  The sound will be out of this world and the electronics industry will be able to deliver a new product line called SACD Players to be standard on new Home Theaters that are 5.1 and better.  SACD and Blu Ray should be the new electronic packages on high end Home Theaters and Janet will promote these products.

 

I want Janet in as many commercials as possible now and not all for pay, as I told her do it for what Jermaine paid her for photo sessions plus a salary.  Do not just do it for money but for publicity and visibility.  We need to hire an economic team or economist to the management team of Janet Jackson or outsource this service, because it is a necessity.  We want to know where the money is going, how it will be used by the demographics and the demand of each section of the economy and get onboard to promoting these product lines.

And, yes contrary to the rumors that there is no talks taking place between the Camp Janet and Live Nation, the truth of the matter is Live Nation is trying to save face, after a whack offer of a one album and tour deal.  Now both sides have to take a deep breath and exhale and get down to some serious talks.  No artist in there right mind is going to bet their career on the year 2009, when President Barak Obama himself is not even certain about a full economic recovery this year, when everyone knows music, song and dance comes out of discretionary spending.

 

Sure with Janet’s fan base and some good music she can continue her tour successfully and put out a hit in 2009, but she would be a mere setup woman for the next person to come out with something good and she knows this, so Black Doll is looking for a multi year multi tier deal and not just a deal to be the setup for the success for others, but wants the opportunity to reap from the fruits of her labor at a later date as she does her part to assist in the economic recovery.  The 2009 tour will include charitable shows as well.  The Latest Project is currently unnamed to the public.

Happy Birthday Rihanna, I hate to say it but when Chris Brown beat you up you may have hit the Jackpot.  Chris Brown was a fool and is in camp stupid, he does not need a Publicist or someone for Damage Control unless he is a lawyer because he needs a lawyer and fast.  He does not need a criminal lawyer he needs to handle his civil lawsuit.  In criminal court it takes beyond a reasonable doubt to find him guilty, which may be hard to prove without an eyewitness, to crazy charges like attempted murder.

 

Chris Brown’s biggest nightmare will come in the form of a civil lawsuit whereby I predict he will be found guilty of assault and battery and not in criminal court for attempted murder due to the threat of killing her prior to committing battery and not attempted murder.  In civil court it takes a preponderance of evidence which is anything over 50% guilty in the jury pool. 

 

Now I am not a lawyer and as a paralegal I am aware of UPL (Unauthorized Practice of Law) so the best I can do is tell Chris he needs a lawyer, but cannot give him legal advice.  I mean Rihanna does not look like the picture of her on web anymore, how I know please do not ask but I do know for certain.  But it is undeniable that Chris Brown went way out of bounds and cause Rihanna damages and the only real damage control is probably an out of court settlement and that takes a lawyer and his professional advice.

 

Camp Rihanna is not stupid and knows that Brown’s career will benefit both parties in an out of court settlement that can prevent a criminal case and the bad publicity that will come with it.  I think Chris Brown’s only way out is an out of court settlement with Camp Rihanna.  Perhaps now a secret insurance policy might surface to settle this matter.  Happy Birthday Rihanna for walking away from an abusive relationship with millions and a few bruises that African SHEA butter will heal.

There are basically 4 or 5 major record labels today and what a major label really balls down to is they have their own distribution system and demands high volume record sales.  An independent label is basically a label that has no affiliation with a major label and uses independent distributors to get their record into the stores.

 

So if a person has their own label but is under the umbrella of a major labels are they actually independent of the major labels? The fact of the matter Live Nation is a monster in the music industry and is if not the most influential company in the music industry in conjunction with Clear Channel Communications.  So to sign an independent deal with Live Nation is not in fact independent of the major channels of the music industry, because the fact of the matter is record labels depend on Live Nation and Clear Channel Communications, for touring and airplay on the radio.

 

So it is obvious that they can demand from the major labels distribution for artist signed to them. The bottom-line is there will be advantages by Janet for signing onto her own Record Label “Black Doll” under the umbrella of Live Nation.

 

Perhaps Janet’s timing is perfect as Live Nation and Ticket-Master is announcing a merger, making Live Nation even bigger.  Just as major labels have their own distribution now Live Nation owns distribution of concert tickets as we know Ticket-Master is a major distributor of concert tickets.  So as a package deal it might be a very good business venture to sign onto Live Nation to put out a new album and new tour in 2009.  However statistical analysis has to be taken to measure the success of the tour based on the economic soundness in the world at large.

 

Some economist predict a full economic recovery and some a partial recovery and even other predict it will get worst before it gets better, and concerts and record sales are in fact out of discretionary spending.  So we have to respect Live Nation for their cautiousness as they take a risk on Janet.  In this one Janet is the Forward Observer for the King of the Battle.  In other words she is being sent out front to test the waters for the biggest and the boldest being Live Nation; because as the old going say it, “The show must go on.”

When I first heard about this carton I thought it was just a minor insult about racial differences.  I was happy that something happened to bring black people together in these times of economic crisis, with the hope that more than racism would be addressed during this gathering.  Then today I looked at Brother Sharpton’s article and saw the picture after listening to so much radio coverage about the insult.

 

I found this to be an insult to the intelligence of the black community, the Secret Service and the President of the United States.  This was a clear case of terrorism and a direct threat against the life of President Obama.  This is not about racism it is about a covert message sent out by a billionaire putting a price on the head of our President.

 

Therefore it is my position that this action goes under a thorough investigation by the FBI and Secret Service and perhaps the CIA if foreign powers are thought to be connected.  This is more serious than calling President Obama a monkey but the message was ‘You are a dead Monkey.”   They clearly threatened to kill the man and may have put out a contract, we will never know until we know about all of his associations, the whole staff at the New York Post should be put under investigation.

We all know Janet is pure magic and can put on a great show.  She is currently working with Jam and Lewis of Flyte Tyme Productions on new album, what everyone may have let slip by is the fabulous Time Band with lead singer Morris Day is working on something concurrently.  It is possible the two albums might drop about the same time and it is a huge possibility that the Time Band will be added to the Janet World Tour ticket as the other act and an added attraction.

 

Also with Ticket-Master merged with Live Nation who is a huge distributor of concert tickets, it is a possibility that the albums will be sold as an add on to ticket purchases through Ticket-Master, meaning for the same basic price of a concert ticket to see Janet and the Time Band featuring Morris Day, you will also get a copy of the newly released album in the mail with your purchase.  This is a new marketing strategy being introduced by Black Doll and Live Nation the Monster of musical entertainment.  So not only will you get to see Janet and the Time up close and personal, but you will get to hear them for the price of your concert tickets.  Oh, sure the albums will be available at record stores in you local location, but if you plan to go to the show, this is great package deal.

 

Details have not been iron out yet; the idea is in the embryonic stage, but realistically a foreseeable future business venture for Black Doll, Flyte Tyme and the Live Nation umbrella.  It would increase record sales, promote the tour and add much more interest to the whole shebang.  The East Coast canceled stops may be rescheduled with the newly ensemble.  Pure excitement!

I do not know what to tell you man, the more I get serious the further away I send those who need to hear it away. Janet’s fan base is huge, but her name is much bigger than her fan base, yet she continues to play the tunes to this occult instead of being inclusive to the world, who all are waiting for her to let go of the degradation and come back to the mainstream and do what she set out to do which is to sing songs to change the world and not simply pacify a bunch of intelligent homosexuals, who think God is their lover.  The Mark of Janet was Rhythm Nation 1814, it even showed to be factual in her most recent tour, whereby there where more sets with songs from that album than any other album.  But somehow she strayed away from social issues and got carried away with songs based on sexual content, she became the Lustful Nun and stopped being real, simply because she was blessed with beauty, she cashed in on her beauty, in a somewhat immoral fashion.  As she rocked her heavily homosexual fan base who thinks they own her and simply use her as a conversation piece, because their conversations do not transcend to record sales but to insults on the web and other media and from the mainstream audience she fell from grace.  The Jackson member who was supposed to be down to earth became a mere lustful nun and of sexual exploitations.

 

So now with the world coming to an end does she sing about the solutions to the best of her ability and make the problems known to the world or does she send us all to hell, to pacify the Disloyal Gay Mob Occult.  I think her success does not depend on the Gay Mob she pacifies whom are disloyal and two faced, but sending out the real messages to the mainstream world giving hope to those in hard times, by not being about the money but the message the money will find its way to her.  I hope Janet is not blind to the fact that what glitters is not always gold.

It is not a secret that China is a labor force to be dealt with and is flooding the market with pirated CD’s and DVD’s.  A lot of the contracts are outsourced to China to save money on labor costs but it backfired for two reasons, for one our labor force are the American consumer who buy products in American stores and number two we get more than we pay for, which is actually a bad thing, because it is sold in the market and is unaccounted for on the bottom line.

 

The only way to combat these trade deficits that are illegally pledged upon us, which is a money laundering scheme is to bring these markets to America.  The biggest problem with the American economy is unaccounted monies, too much money being made is not taxed and is being taken out of the system and big corporate America are the main culprits.

 

This is what makes the Underground Distribution Network so beautiful; by design it brings money through taxes back into the system.  It allows the black market to account for all their profits by funneling money back into the system as record sales and that is what China is doing to America because of corporate greed to include the RIAA.  They produce so many CD’s legitimately but many are produced illegally and are sold on the open market worldwide and come back to China as legally made money by products that on the books in America really never existed.

 

I say legalize Casino gambling in New York City, Marijuana in California and open the market to independent labels distribution by the Underground Distribution Network  and we will be amazed as to how the economy will recover.  I said enough now you read between the lines, but this is why people like Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston and the rest spend and blew their money as fast as they get it, because it is by design that they pay for services controlled by the same people who pay them, so that the money goes back to the big major labels by means other than music sales, such as security, car services and other investments and if a celebrity does not blow money they are blackballed from making money very often.  I know the system is corrupt.

Maybe I should not have asked the question as it may be perceived  as insecurity and I know what she told me months ago and what is going on, but like I said a picture tells a thousand words.  Maybe Janet needs a new publicist as a matter of a conflict of interest.  I do not know how one lawyer so to speak can represent both sides, so I have to wonder are there really two sides.  Having the same publicist in Patty Webster of W&W Public Relations might be unethical, unprofessional and a detriment to Janet’s career goals, because this relationship was helpful to Jermaine Dupri and harmful to Janet Jackson and still is as the media reflects upon the past as Janet remains silent, it makes people wonder about the wrong things, the focus should be on the new album and upcoming tour.  But most of my quires are about her being pregnant, that is what everyone what to know about. Furthermore I remember Janet breaking up with Jermaine and Patty being sick and stating nobody is breaking up until she says so, her better interest is for Jermaine.

There is not much I can do about my money situation other than settle for less to expedite the matter.  A Trillion dollar settlement takes a lot of convincing; they have to first realize they have no choice in the matter.  I love Janet but I do not need her or her disrespect.  If she insists on allowing Patty Webster of W&W Public Relations to run her life, so be it that is who she is married to.

You will need to be mentally tough this year as rivals try to play on your fears and keep you from realizing your long-term ambitions. Focus is the key to success, so focus your mind on your most important goals and keeps focusing until you reach them.

It did not start with Janet Jackson and will not end there obviously.  I am not bitch ass black man crying over a Ho.  I did not lose anything but time and  energy, I have been desensitized as a child and do not know how to weep, I sleep at funerals, so what I give a damn about a woman they took turns on?  I can have someone to kiss and hug by the weekend.  That said!

Working on a New Screenplay & Complication Album

 

You are barking down the wrong tree, am busy with some of my pet projects.  I am setting the stage to create a compilation album.  I plan to work with different people on my songs already written as a soundtrack to the Apostle.  Also, I am in the process of creating a new screenplay called “Country Yorker” that is all I can post on the Internet.  I am in the ideas stage, but I already know my characters, I just have to document them into a program and create a printout and integrate it into the screenwriter program a first, I plan to do this one with a friend.

 

I know two people I want to star in it, I will not mention their names but they have been informed and will be kept up to date of the progress.  It is a comedy drama that deals with multiplies of issues that I can personally identify with or show it in progress.

 

What you think I am going to Janet’s apartment to raise hell?  It is like this as long as she wants to play miss long term relationships dude after dude, like subway train, I just assume play dirty older man.  I was never a punk ass bitch and will not let her turn me out.  She can do her thing and I will do mine’s and if we cross paths so be it.  A fucking stalker I am not, I do not go to places uninvited it is that simple.  She knows my address. Phone number, where I work, hell she knows my blood type.  Just wait around for her?  Forget-about-it! 

 

I have regrets and the only way it will not get me down is to do something about it.  So I have to do my thing and work on my projects and do what makes me feel good.  She is not the only woman in the word you know?

Things like forgiveness, acceptance, remorse and love are the healing forces in this screen.  Aisha a college graduate she studies black history on her own and sees especially white people as villains and everyone else as taking black people jobs.  “That whiter girl swears she is black.” Sister Peace an educator thinks she has all the answers and overlooked her own home.  The Preacher’s wife and family problem solver!  She is Aisha’s aunt.  “We all fall short.”

 

I was up until 5:30 am this morning it is now 9:30 am, logic tells me I have at least 2 more hours sleep in front of me.  I told them I need about one month to finish this screen, I know all my characters and what they face and have part of the conclusion predetermined.  If it happens faster it is by the grace of God and if it takes more time I underestimated the screen which has almost all complex characters.  However t is on the top of my agenda

 

 

You have the potential to do marvelous things. You also have the potential to do nothing at all. Both paths have their attraction but if you choose the latter you may look back 12 months from now and wish you had been more ambitious. Get busy.

Have I been pretending to be rich or poor, which is the question?  I seem to have put on such a good act that that even you are convinced it is the right place for me.  But I am a responsible person and will not spend what I do not have on hand.  But since you brought this up, I want to mention a few things.  We being mostly I made a lot of people into what they became from John Gotti and Michael Jackson, for how many years was I; Janet’s go to guy.  I made people wealthy who do not even know it was me and now it seems I can help everyone but myself.  Has the Lord forsaken me, of course not he resides within me, but I realize everything has a reason, even when I cannot clearly understand why some of the things happen to me in my life, I do not give up very long anyway.

 

What could they do if I became a taker?  Supposed I took what I wanted?  But the reality I regulated myself, I have studio apartment with more in it than I really need, so what is there for me to buy a car?  But I do not want a car, or I would be driving on a regular basis. My sister literally begs me to drive her SUV.  Sure there are a few more small investments I might purchase, but everything I buy is an investment to a bigger picture.

 

But it is written I give what I have without asking for a dime, meanwhile Preacher Joe and Pope Peter collects for spreading lines full with lies.  See one day you will be asked to call someone and you might be told to call the person you spent your money with, who certainly is not I.  Because I am poor right; is that not what you just told me?  If I am poor it is because you are lost and support the wrong ministry.

First of all, Janet gets on my nerves and I say things I do not mean, by doing so I do not internalize.  I am not ashamed by what I say because I know the rules to the game; I can say anything as long as I do not act on it.  And even if I acted on my immoral ideas I do not care what people think of me anymore, which leads to this letter.

 

A lot of preachers have too much confidence; they teach crucifixion like they plan to kill someone.  Maybe a few of these false preachers need to be persecuted, to send out a message that you get what you wish upon others.  How would these false preachers feel if I preached they were crucified so that the Lord could be put in his rightful place here on earth?  As long as they confuse the masses people will never see the truth.  Maybe we need to line up a bunch of false preachers like on the Valentines Day massacre and rid the world of these blasphemous scumbags.

 

It is like I need to make another draft of the Apostle and kill off a few people, as they have taken the happy out of the happy ending.  That said; what I see in the future is death to those who want the son dead.  It is one thing to not approve and another to threaten a person; two can play the same game.  That good-for-nothing T.D. Jakes can go to hell, he thinks he can threaten people and go untouched but he is reachable like the rest of them.  Those who think I am weak will have a rude awakening when they least expect it.

 

To be honest I am sick of people in general, I tell them the truth of the matter and they say how can you say such a thing about Janet Jackson, then I say the hell with it all and I am made out to be a villain I cannot win for losing, I have become too nice of a guy as people seem to be comfortable plotting against me. I see a lot of popular people dying in the future, to the advantage of nobody, but it seems to be a must.

 

The screenplay “Country Yorker” is at the end of Act #1, well almost, the challenge is writing act #2 and act #3, that is where the thought process will take place.  If I explain why I might give away the script, because I would have to explain what has to be done.  But I will send them act #1 as soon as it is completed, which could be the creation of a sitcom, along with the creation of the characters which was already done.

You want to do great things in the world, and you will, but for best results you need to be aware right from the start that no matter how great and how good your ambitions may be not everyone will approve. Be aware of it, but don’t let it stop you.

There may be a lot of confusion in the world at the moment but where there is confusion there is also opportunity. You possess an almost supernatural ability to see what is coming well ahead of everyone else. Use that today and make confusion work for you.

Let us face it, my only problem preventing me from having a life, with loved ones like Janet Jackson is my finances and I played several angles to correct that but nothing I do is good enough.  There is a conspiracy to hold me down out of fear.  They say if he can do what he is doing without much of anything imagine what he could do if we paid him, so you put me under a glass ceiling so tight I cannot stand on my toes without bumping my head.

I once said this will all be like a faded dream and I will forget it all like if it was just one day, with a whole future in front of me, but how can I; when the people I loved the most mistreated me the most. 

 

They say are you ashamed of us (Black People) why you claim Sicilian heritage?  Because I am half Sicilian!  Hello!  But let us supposed I was not, what they are really saying is let go of your protection and come side with us totally and for what?  To be turned over to them for them to hang me on a tree?  They do not love me, they love for me to be dead, that is all they preach, death to the son so we can have our own thing.  The son does not have to die for them to have their own thing, they can simply be forsaken and left to their super preachers if that is what they want so be it.  Then and only then will they really know what they are without me.  I am very disappointed, like my friend told me “You have the Universe on your side?”  I said yes but the problem is mankind is against me!

 

I do not want anyone to have to take care of me, for what I gave I gave freely. But those in darkness did not receive me.  They disappointed me and so did you for allowing this to happen on you watch, I never allowed you to go so low in society. You disappointed me.  Some kind of partner you turned out to be!

 

Forget about everything that has gone before and focus entirely on what is still to come in your life. Whatever you age and current position you can, and you will, make a splash socially and professionally over the next 12 months, and well beyond.

My cliché is 33% of something is better than 100% of nothing.  I think I wrote an excellent storyline and did a superb job in developing the characters in Act 1, the first draft is completed of act 1.  I know I can continue to develop the storyline into Act 2 when things hit the fan and into Act 3 when things come to a conclusion.  That I can do in a month or a month and a half, but I realize now early in the game that something is missing.

 

The story is told from the eyes of a woman, I cannot think like a woman, therefore even if I tell the story what matters is how the story is told.  In general an example is a man might want to express his violent scenes, whereby relationships may be more of a focus to a woman, we will have the same story but from a different prospective.

 

If I continue on my path, women will say no woman talks like that or thinks like that, this is an example of a homophobic, male chauvinistic pig.   This story is not about me, it is not even for me and the way it should be told, it might not be my kind of movie.  It is a story told by a woman, as it was seen through her eyes.  Like I said a story is a story, what happens happened, but how it is told in this case has to have a woman’s touch or two in the case.  Yes I can write the story, but it has to be told by Alicia and Janet, therefore this one will have to be a collaboration, it is impossible for me to do this alone and get the results of my expectations, I am just not feminine.  And the story is meant to be womanly.

Everything I want has been requested more then three times and not only was it request but it was requested formally in my writings.  All you or I have to do is read the history of my writing on the World Wide Web, so why pretend to act like you do not think I know what I want or that you do not.  I am fully convinced that you all do not want me to have anything that will allow me to mechanize you want me in one place bogged down by financial uncertainties; and as far from Janet as possible.

 

You do not want to settle with me by any means possible.  You know the most important person aside from my own survival is Janet and you do not want me near her, in fact you want her to worry me or she would behave herself and you think I am not aware of the level power behind her rebellious acts, her acts come from the top.  I know because I surrendered her to the Secret Service years ago.

 

I gave you’ll step by step initiatives to accomplish the needed changes and I get credit for nothing not even my existence which tells me I am still a covert operation.  Which is expected, people talk about the truth, like if the truth is for the everyday minds of mankind and it is not it is only for the select few and those who have ears?

I think the Apostle is well named, however it would be better describe by the title, “The Son of (the Made) Man.”  This title would have better attraction power.  But more importantly is that I wrote Act one and the storylines to acts 2 and 3 of Country Yorker and came to realize the location of the drama and the hometown of the star has little to do with the storyline, I found the key element to be that “Everybody has demons.”  I will leave it to the story to explain the title, but I think this title has better attraction power and is consistent with the storyline.

 

Everybody has their ways and styles to writing and my style to writing a screenplay may seem simple but I understand what I am doing and can explain what I am doing to others, as I have with Alicia and Janet, who has the starring and leading roles in this screen.  There are a few leading roles and several important roles, there is a role I think is written for Beyonce, that is nothing like anything she has done in the past.  It is a dysfunctional role that evolves in the sequel, but I do not know if Janet and Beyonce can work together, by the way this screenplay calls for a two movie deal at a minimum because it will take at least 3 ½ to 4 hours to bring forth a happy solution, just as the Apostle (The Son of (the Made) Man) will probably take two shots to get it all in there.  I want to do business with Paramount Pictures, for both films.

 

My trademark in movies will be no nudity or sex scenes; this is something we can allude to.  On the other hand violence as we know the world has too much of it, but it may well be graphic in my shows.  The rational is I do not want to disrespect my female actresses by forcing them to take their clothes off, so there will be plenty of sexual content in my flicks through allusion.  As for violence we all know it is fake, it is all makeup and make believe.  Whereby with sex scenes often fake, people do not perceive them as fake, this is up for debate, because sex is natural and violence is a byproduct of a disorderly society.  My ratings will be based on the level of graphic violence, sexual content and language.  I might agree to animated sex scenes, but I will not prostitute my actresses, no more than I will my family in Alicia and Janet.

 

Everybody has Demons is all but written, I know the story in whole and what leads into the sequel but like the Apostle (The Son of (the Made) Man) the screenplay has a conclusion, there is just more to be told after part one.  I do not leave the audience hanging just hungry for more?

 

You are determined to do something different over the next 12 months. You’ve had your fill of being a face in the crowd and want to be the star for a change. You are most likely to get the recognition you crave in the communications field.  Speak your mind.

You just used Janet as something shiny to attract me like moth to a flame, but I am not blind to the reality, people think I am stupid but I am not.  Does she really care?  I do not think so!  Does it really matter?  Not if I get away from you all.  My great accomplishment will be to leave America and I already know it will not be easy, but it will be much easier than accomplishing anything in this country, because I know the deck is stacked against me big time.

 

Do not think that this decision comes in happiness, but it is in sorrow that I feel like an alien in the country I was born in and done so much for, but it is the American way to use people and then make them enemies of the state, you plan to do to me what you did to Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. You used them like you used me to support the government, then when my time came to be compensated you tell me to make it all over again without anyone or anything to work with.  I know bullshit when I hear, smell and see it and this is all bullshit.  I realize I might have to resort to illegal means to get transportation money, because the system is designed to keep me down and I no longer care what people think about me anymore, it has come down to my survivability.  I have to see about my passport.

 

After I write this screenplay, “Everybody has Demons,” I plan to write a documentary about me to explain why I left then I will lighten my load and we will see.  This move will be well thought out, I am not going to just get up and run.

 

You know what you want out of life and you know that if you apply yourself you will accomplish most if not all your aims by this time next year. So why are you still waiting? If it’s for permission to start you need to get real. Permission comes from within.

I am rebounding from a terrible day, first I let you steal my joy with your bullshit, then when I go to the dentist to get my second crown place in and cemented they decided it has to be modified, then they taxed me saying I owe them so and so.  I went to bed upset and my whole day was screwed up.  But that is funny to you?  Right!  Yea Alicia was conceived April 1980 if I am correct.  Personally I think Janet should proud but like you said it is always up to the person.

 

I really want a passport, I will apply soon and I hope the Department of State does not block me, I am really tired of this country, and I will never amount to anything here.  I think I need to go back into the making money by any means necessary mode, like when I was younger, people think the worst of me anyway, so why not live up to their expectations.  Doing wrong is easier than doing right and for a person like me certainly more profitable  It makes no sense to telegraph my moves, but if I focus less on Janet and more on myself I can easily turn a few bucks and do well in my station of life.

 

I promised to write Janet a screenplay so I will finish, “Everybody has Demons,” but in all honesty my motivation is gone.  I never get paid for anything I do for her and money is a motivator.  She does not want me to have anything it is a control issue, which is a problem I have with her, so I have to stop the focus on her and focus on me and make money by means I have control over.  I will finish the screenplay on schedule if not sooner.  Right now I am still upset from yesterday and cannot do creative writing, sure I can express my feelings, but  writing a screenplay calls for imagination and creativity and I have to feel good to do that.  I have to stop letting people steal my joy in the morning.

 

A full moon on your anniversary emphasizes partnerships both personal and professional and it is how you choose to deal with people over the next 12 months or so that will determine your level of success. Notice that word “choose – it’s always up to you.

I have a few things on the drawing board; some are at a higher priority than others, as the urgency of the project does not necessarily depict its priorities.  For the next 3 or 4 weeks maximum, I will be working on the screenplay “Everybody has Demons.”  I start on act 2 very soon (this weekend).  Then out of the stuff I made for me (Songs) I have to select the best 16 or 17 songs and make it into an album as the soundtrack for the Son of the made Man.  I will copyright it.  I want it to be made into a compilation by other artist in the future.  Then I have to write my share of songs for the compilation of “Everybody has Demons.” Alicia and Janet can do this better than I, but I want a few songs also, they do not have to all be new, like Symbolic Castration would show up on both albums.

As for the project let us make America a better place to live, “Change,” I do not see it as urgent anymore, but when they decide to play ball and stop playing with my time its urgency will increase, right now I am busy with other projects, that will turn into small sums of cash.  I think Secretary Clinton and President Obama are full of shit personally and no different than the Bush administration. They are a bunch of flip floppers. 

Then my nephew made two compilation albums he said I can burn them to give them away or sell them.  So basically one thing leads to another; I need to join ASCAP and I need my passport, so a lot of little things might turn out to be a few extra bucks.

Then there is the documentary I want to write and film, then I will come up for air and see where I stand, I mean Josephine Baker had to go to France, maybe I might find love there or Sicily somewhere.  There is no love for me here in America, I am just being used and strung alone, I am a better man than my standards of life by far and you know it but do not give a damn, so what am I here for?  

Jupiter, planet of abundance, is strong on your birthday this year, so you can expect a host of good things to come your way over the next 12 months. Enjoy them by all means but invite others to share your good fortune too. The more you give, the more you get.

You may be tempted to give up on a project that has now become something of a liability but considering how much time and effort and energy you have put into it already that would be a retrograde move. Unnecessary too, as it’s about to bear fruit!

When I read the message of the day today, the song that came to mind was the song by the Jackson’s called “That is what you get (for being polite)” on the Destiny album.  Anyone who knows me knows I did what I did because of love and because of my love for Janet Jackson I was controllable.  You’ll use Janet to keep me under control; I did not want anything to happen to her by any means.  Now I wonder is love an illusion and is it all about power?  Because she knew that power existed over me and she played along, but she did fear for my live once and wanted to take me to California and hide me.  I said no, because I knew you had not power over my life or death.

 

I told a brother yesterday that if a person going through the process to elevate in life and am treated unfairly in the process and he hates everyone as a result of the process that was hateful but if he was rigorous can he get the top only to hate the world he came to save?  He would be no different than the people he replaced and nothing would change.  His mission would have then been worthless!

 

So often I say “I rather am known as a bad person who does good things, than good person bad things are done to.”  But if you say this will people take your alleged badness serious.  They say Fear the Lord, but who fears the good, they fear the bad and fear motivates goodness in many people.  They do well because they fear the consequences of their actions, but there are people who swear up and down the Lord died so that they do not have to suffer the consequences of their actions.  My point getting back on course is that if you can scare a person into doing the right things you did a good job.

 

I danced around the subject matter, but the bottom line is dreams can become sobering realities and the reality of the fact is power, it is all about power.  The question is once you get the power is how do you feel and treat humanity.  Can you overcome this evil world and still have love in your heart.  Will people respect you if they know in advance you will forgive them and honestly being true to yourself will you find it in your heart to forgive those who made your life a living hell?  Then love becomes the question and the dream faded.

 

The most important thing on your anniversary is that you identify your number one goal. Once you are clear in your mind what it is, write it down on a piece of card and carry it with you wherever you go. Look at it often and stay true to your dream.

Janet is in good terms with Beyonce and thinks she is a great performer.  Contrary to all the rumors about Beyonce disrespecting the Jackson Family, she said she thinks Beyonce is a great performer and would love to work with her in a movie.  Currently in the works is film called “Everybody has Demons.”  No it is not a horror film or about any type of religion, but is a drama about a family that is going through it, as they are very dysfunctional there is an underlying cause to each of their dysfunctions.

 

The screenplay being written three main characters happen to be written to fit perfectly with Janet Jackson as the youngest of three siblings and the aunt of two first cousins about the same age who could very well be played by Alicia Keys and Beyonce.

 

Janet would be the protagonist, though it is told through the eye of Alicia’s character, however people would probably say Beyonce stole the show, because she would act in the screenplay’s the most dramatic role.

 

A film is about to be release with Beyonce in a starring role called “Obsessed,” which is being heavily promoted in New York City. It will be showing in movie theaters on 24 April 2009.

Janet next album release is pushed back

 

Janet Jackson’s next album to be released has been push back from the summer of 2009 to spring of 2010, to prevent her from doing another rush job. The first single from the album was going to be “Love Sex Magic” but Janet did not want the track, because she felt everything was too rushed and is considering going in a new direction, so Ciara got the track and released it.

 

From the sounds of things Janet has been there and done that and can certainly do better and made a wise decision.  Hopefully with all the world events taking place now by 2010 she will be able to exploit contemporary issues in the tradition of singing for social change.  Janet’s real fans are beyond songs like “Love Sex Magic,” and song is more suitable for the younger Ciara, who is a baby born in 1985 about 20 years younger than Janet who by the way released Control in 1986, when Ciara was just a baby.

 

I say it is alright to move and groove, but be selective about the words you choose to sing to.  I am glad Janet passed on that one, because the next album has to be special!

I believe that Janet and her production team is out of touch with world affairs, to even consider recording this mess tells me she needs serious help in song selection. “Love Sex Magic”  Had she would have recorded this mess it would have all but ended her career as a serious artist.  It is totally commercial and makes no real statement.

 

I mean the world is coming to an end right before us, like the word Obama is worth 200,000 CD sales, I mean at 43 years of age which she will be soon, she has to sing about something of real substance, like the economic crisis, the war in the middle east, the AIDS Epidemic to the first black president, to have even considered this mess is a very bad sign she is on the wrong path and is headed for a disaster.

 

Like I told some fool talking about Janet has no record deal none the less a release date, “How much does it cost to burn a CD today, how much thinking does it require to distribute music, who is Prince signed to and how many independent labels are in business today?”  The bottom line is that “The Underground Distribution Network,” can become reality.

 

By: Frank Paul Gambino – Music Distribution Category:  I highly recommend reading some of these articles on this hyperlink.  It is about escaping the RIAA whose true interest is the major 4 and hiring a totally separate distribution network uninfluenced by the RIAA who represent over 1,600 record labels and I stand corrected by saying there are 16,000 independent labels, it is more in line with about 2,000, but what is important as an independent is to not be under the guidelines of the big 4 labels, who are the competition and really wants you to fail. If they cared about the independent labels they would have hired the artist in them.

 

You have to look at how China operates: the Recording Industry Underground Tax then you will understand that the today’s American black market piracy operations can realistically be tomorrow’s independent music distributors.

 

My message of the day is to escape the grips of the iron fist the RIAA and sing for social change.  During one of our disputes Janet told me she is only trying to help the world through her music, not with songs like “Love Sex Magic,” did you see that video, totally without taste?  If Janet wants to really be a service to the world sing for social change and not money and the money will follow because her foundation will be relevant to the listeners; it is time to stop being simply commercial.  It is not the music that is a sign of maturity in career and life, but what a person sings about that separates commercial music from social leaders, be a leader Janet.

 

As for me everyone wants to give me credit, I need cash money and it would be nice to get my second crown cemented already.  It is the little things in my life that are disturbing.

 

With genius planet Uranus strong on your birthday you won’t find it hard to come up with new ideas and new proposals. You may find it hard to persuade people that you have the answer but you are not lacking in communication skills either. It’s just another challenge.

If you need assistance you must let friends and family and work colleagues know about it. You may think it is heroic keeping your pain to yourself but it isn’t, it’s silly. You have helped so many people in the past – now let them help you.
