RE: Legalized Casino Gambling in New York City & OTB

Give me legalized casino gambling in New York City {Manhattan} and the OTB and I will give the State 50% of the profits and this will end the numbers racket, because it would be a conflict of interest.

 

I will balance the States budget if you give me this.  I have to give these wise-guys something constructive to do; I cannot just handover all this money and they have nothing constructive that they are good at to do with their time.

 

Furthermore, let us be real New Jersey is robbing us blind and there educational system is the top of the line and they are doing it on the backs of New Yorkers.

 

I will be short and sweet, give me the casinos and OTB and New York will never go into a recession.    I will bring in the big spenders from all over the world and make New York City the entertainment capital of the World and not Hollywood.  It is that simple, have someone make the proposal and bring it to a vote.  The only losers will be New Jersey and you will probably be reelected.
