Janet Returns to Comeback Trail on East Coast
Janet is ready to get show back on the road, as it is confirmed by Janet management that she suffered from Vertigo. As schedule she will appear at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C. tonight, then it is on to the Izod Center in New Jersey on the 17th and The Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on the 19th before heading to Texas as many tour dates will be rescheduled in accordance the insurance policy management took out on the Rock Wit Chu Tour, granting her the right to reschedule tour dates due to illness and other reasons for not showing up to tour dates. Janet has her doctor’s note and everything is going forward.
The Izod Center and MSG are both in the New York Metropolitan attractions, originally they were scheduled right behind each other however now they are scheduled about two weeks apart, being the 17th of October and the 1st of November respectively.
To the Izod Center and MSG:
At Times Square, walk to the Port Authority Bus Terminal via the underground concourse (follow the directional sigh to the Port Authority Bus Terminal). Once there take NJ Transit bus route #351 to the IZOD Center. The fare on the subway $2 each ways, and the fare on the bus is $11 round trip. Madison Square Garden is located at Penn Station in Manhattan.
The New York Metropolitan area is the largest in the country with about 19,000,000 people which includes NY, NJ & CT. As Janet plans to reschedule her date at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino which sold out the concert venue and the hotel reservation for the weekend of Janet’s show, but she did not perform do to illness. And also apart of the New York Metropolitan area
The Izod Center is the home of the Nets (NBA) and Devils (NHL) and the Garden is the home of the Knicks (NBA) and Rangers (NHL). New York City is only 13 miles from East Rutherford New Jersey the city of the venue and 20 minutes ride by car, plus public transportation is available and the Mohegan Sun is about 144 miles away from the Big Apple and a 2:30 hours ride from New York City plus public transportation is available, so the particular venue that a person will enjoy the show at is a matter of venue choice. However the dense population creates a demand for at least three shows in the New York Metropolitan area
