It was said that it is not so much important as to what goes into your mouth but what comes out of it, which is a maker of your character.  A very good word historically used as a negative connotation is Joneses meaning basically neighbor.  It is a saying to “keep up with the Joneses.”  Suggesting that you be in competition with your next door neighbor, sort of like they by a fence and you buy a more expensive fence, they buy a car and you buy a better car.

 

But in actuality the term Joneses is a friendly and non competitive term.  I call on the Hip Hop community to replace the terms “Nigger” and “bitch” with “Joneses.”  I call on them to say in there songs “be my Joneses.”  Because like Rev. AL Sharpton said, you are what you say you are.

 

Let us bring back a community to raise a child mentality and be truly neighbors and not allow ourselves to just simply be victims on the system.  A change in mentality is in our grasp, we can determine our destiny, by changing how we speak and therefore changing how we think.

 

It is like the new Mafia is a non profit organization for the betterment of our communities and not a self destructives movement of surviving by any means, because we are packed in the projects like sardines.  We have to address our circumstances and the situations we are facing such as the expansion of prisons, wars around the world and the AIDS pandemic; single parenthood, illiteracy and the symbolically castrated Blackman?

 

As simple as it may seem, a major step in the right direction as a new greeting of camaraderie (Friendship) is to stop calling your brothers or sisters Niggers and bitches and say “that is my Joneses.”  I call on major Hip Hop community to introduce this concept into their culture.  Personally I really like some Hip Hop and Rap music, but I am embarrassed by it; I think the term Joneses will sell more records and allow the music to reach more homes.  At least consider it. And most importantly it would create a safer community and brotherly and sisterly love among our youth.

The show was billed for the opening act tribute to Michael Jackson.  Madonna gave a beautiful speech as she explained her relationship with Michael and the few dates they had.  And then there were videos of Michael Jackson on a huge screen and great performance by Janet as the VMA were pack with many wonderful moments. Was this Janet’s first live performance on Syndicated Television since the Super Bowl of 2004?  I mean this was a major event that went all but forgotten.

 

Why?  Because a 32 year old Drama Knight terrorizes a young 20 year old woman, just because he felt someone else should have won the Grammy.  I mean this is supposed to be entertainment and Hollywood at its best among the most famous and we had to watch this senseless act on constant rewind.  It is like all the money invested in the VMA went down the drain and all the media remembers was Kanye acting a fool.

 

Is this because these are the expectations of the media when it comes to a black man?  I mean the underlying message is black people even after success cannot behave themselves at social events.  Rewinding Kanye constantly is an insult to the black community as we speak about him but little about Beyonce sharing the moment with Taylor or what it was billed as a tribute to Michael Jackson and Janet’s courage to perform. 

 

This was a black man at his worst and white media at its best, depicting black people as uncivilized animals.  Let us get over it; we should not acknowledge this as a good thing of excitement, but for what it was an act of very poor judgment and he should be seriously reprimanded and not pumped up to do this again.  It was verbal assault.  He frightened the hell out of that poor girl, in an unforgettable moment of embarrassment.

 

I think it was calculated, a publicity stunt by Kanye and very disrespectful not only to Taylor but to Michael Jackson and the Tribute, which is going unnoticed.

What Michael Jackson did with Thriller was an anomaly and it made Thriller the hit it was as Michael makes MVV what it is today.  However there will be no other Thriller album, unless something strange happens in the current music industry.

 

I like Kanye enjoys Beyonce performances she is a excellent performer and singer, but the problem with the VMA is that it has become an expectation, it is like every year the same people wins all the awards.

 

I think there should be rule to the amount of awards a person wins unwritten of course, but there are enough awards to go around, and furthermore Beyonce got hers and Taylor Swift fans are also happy and the bottom line is it will sell more records across the industry.

 

We seem to have turned the VMA into a NBA playoff, instead of what it is a long musical promotional that supports the industry, gives fans a chance to see their favorite artists and find out what new acts and music is out there.  It is an event of festivities to be enjoyed and not to take too seriously. 

 

You do not know how many times I got upset because Janet came in second or third place in the Grammy’s during the days of Whitney and the rest, but it was all in fun as Janet was just happy to be nominated.  What Kanye did was bad for business and he should be fined for his misbehavior because it should not be tolerated and can cost Taylor record sales.  And the bottom line is record sales.  Beyonce is doing just fine give others a chance.

A lot of little things are in the workings, I do not want to elaborate too much, but we have a few home studios up and one to get up and running, they all can produce radio friendly productions and most certainly quality demonstration productions.  I think it is a good thing, because this last studio will help channel energy of the Underground Network into doing good things and giving them a chance to pursue their dreams in music.  I think everyone deserves a second chance.

One of the best times of the year begins for you with today’s new moon in Cancer, so make your plans big and believe – really, really believe – that you will accomplish great things. There is nothing you cannot do.

 

I have so many ideas circling around in my head on how to make this happen, as I have people I want to work with also, like this guy from my job can really sing.  The main point of connection and collaboration will be on my sister’s studio, which are two separate components and recording studio 24 tracks and a music production system configured into a computer, unlike mine’s I have everything configured into a super PC. 

 

There was rhythm to my reasoning, a recording studio workstation requires less maintenance and I know my time is limited, hell I prefer to make beats for them; me and my nephew Raymond combined have a few hundred beats already  but I do not want anything to cause the studio to be down and a workstation properly used will require very little maintenance.  If all they need is a beat to work with we can supply that for 25% of the writer’s royalties.

 

On the screenplay front, as for the Apostle, there has to be two people to play me as I was young at the beginning.  I think a good opener for Will Smith would be my nephew Anthony Williams; they have the same color eyes, unfortunately mine’s are a little darker but brown as well with a black circle around them.  The movie “Everybody has Demons” with Janet, Alicia and Beyonce would be a great setup for John Gotti Jr. and Anthony Williams in the Apostle.  However the actual other leading role is my Stepfather Frank in the “Apostle.”  I think the “Apostle” will cost much more than “Everybody has Demons” to produce, because it takes you all over the Country and World  and covers about 25 or 30 years of adventures and dramas.

I have been getting excellent reviews about the screenplay “Everybody Has Demons.”  I have been told such words as awesome and thumb’s up.  My sister Egeria is going to take over from here as far as seeking financers she has a good network.  Any changes or additions to the screenplay have to be approved by me.  I still think Denzel Washington is the best Director in the world and any actor or actress under him will be at their best, because I believe he will bring the best out of them.  Janet and Alicia are written in stone for their parts I wrote it for them and Beyonce and Anthony I really want to give Anthony a break and Beyonce though it was written with her in mind, I think she may still have to be sold to the idea, also John Gotti Junior is in and I plan for him to play his father in the Apostle and honestly the best person to play me in the Apostle would be Will Smith.  First let us get “Everybody has Demons,” off the ground.

 

We planned to put up another home studio soon, it will be for recording vocals to musical tracks, then maybe later I will consider making it into a full production studio.  It will however have limited music creation capability but my focus is on doing vocal tracks on this one.  Hopefully we will have this done next month.  I want to work with my nephew’s crew the Underground Movement as well as other talented people of my choosing

I do not know what you are talking about, however some what good news is that my Uncle Eston Roberts is finally waking up after surgery on Friday; I guess the operation took a lot out of him.  Maybe if he comes to New York City we might find him a kidney

 

There is a lot going on but I do not see how I am responsible, I mean nobody ask me for permission to be sanctioned, I mean you have a lot of renegades out there today.  Nobody comes to me for a blessing before their actions anymore, so in reality are they frauds?  Yes I made a request for the services of Denzel, Janet, Alicia, Beyonce, Vanessa, Ice T, Tito, Jackie and Jermaine, my nephew Anthony, Martin, Bobby and John Junior and a few more people but that movie is all good

 

I mean people make a mockery out of what is a code of loyalty and are imitators instead of innovators.  I mean you have this crew out of Atlanta trying to make a name for themselves in Las Vegas calling themselves Ocean 7, but they are not sanctioned, Frank Sinatra was sanctioned by the Don as is Michael Jackson, but I do not approve of Jermaine Dupri as the new act out of Las Vegas, talking about fun is jumping into the pool in a $6,000 tuxedo, now I am all for Michael Jackson opening a Thriller Casino in Las Vegas and working behind the scenes on my movie, “Everybody has Demons.”  It can be done for $15 to $20 Million but I want to market it at $30 Million for promotional purposes.

 

People may not know but my father Don Carlo Gambino was known for wearing $200 suits, he was not a very flashy guy, what John Gotti did was attracted the media attention and took the heat off of people such as me, took a fall and walked out the back door.  All to say all the stupidity and negativity do not try to blame me for it, give me credit where it is due.  The seeds I am planting are beautiful and the seeds I planted were successful, it was when people stop including me in their lives that shit went haywire.  Do Rhythm Nation 1814 and Thriller ring a bell?  These are examples of endorsed works.  And I am personally disappointed that something could not be worked out with AllGood Entertainment for the one night show in Texas.  Patrick and Michael are disappointments and they need to sit down like business men who are both authorized and resolve their differences.

My nephew said something to me that resonated; he said never do business with family and friends, but I happen to disagree.  His rational was if they get upset they will halt your project if they can out of emotions.  I found that I was doing exactly that, for personal reasons, I decided to stop feeding the Janet’s crew with music, song and ideas; instead I have to see it through and see where the chips fall at the end.  I have to separate family relations and business.

 

Not to say I am not working on my own project, but I know my material is very controversial and provocative, and that is the intentions and I am not sure if Janet can get away with singing some on my lyrics, but almost always the music is very good or better that that, I can turn a beat and if you listen to music today the vocals are cool but the lyrics are senseless and the music sucks, so we will see, where this goes.

 

I put out screenplays to be looked over and have not received any responses, this is how I want it done in any case, and without given the screen away I will say this.

Just what exactly is a celebrity?  A famous person who requires a lot of media attention?  Do the paparazzi determine who is a star or does a star attract the paparazzi?  Or do mainstream media of Hollywood determine who is a star in mass media. The real question is are the stars today actually stars and fabrications by means of being mere media whores.  Just what is Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Beyonce or even the great Michael Jackson, Prince and the rest?  I mean who is chasing who?

 

OK a real star is a household name, who requires and demands a lot of mass media attention, but just what is a media whore and can the two be easily distinguished with the presence of the paparazzi in today’s Hollywood.  I mean does the media whore who is a person who fakes relationships, does nudity stunts and scandals and let us not forget reality television and reality videos seek the paparazzi or does the paparazzi who are folks who buy into these fabrications as freelance photographers seeking newsworthy and scandalous stories, to shock the followers and supporters of said Hollywood stars actually chasing behind the Hollywood stars?

 

Just what is the role of PR and Publicity personnel?  Do they systematically tip off the photographers to be at events to promote the star or does it actually take research.  I mean if it is an insider game and tip off where does the tip originate?

 

So the question of the day is superstars real or imaginary.  Are they truly household names based on accomplishments or just media whores?

 

Oh by the way a dog is a racist, if it is raised around white people it will bark and black people.

In the absence of an active partner, it may sound strange but staying busy is what brings me the most joy, especially when it results in an accomplishment.  The screenplay “Everybody has Demons,” is registered with the Writers Guild and the first draft is actually a third draft with very few if any inconsistencies.  I think it has fine roles for Janet Jackson, Alicia Keys and Beyonce Knowles as well as other great roles and it could set the stage for a young black man to become a star.  Being I dealt with complex characters I think I did a fine job unraveling the dramas.  It deserved to be picked up it is embedded with many lessons.  I have to copyright it for longevity protection, the Writers Guild acts as an interim protection of 5 years I believe.  I think it might go something like this “Black Sunday,” based on the screenplay “Everybody has Demons,” written by…

…To my surprise my nephew and his crew out of the south is very talented, it will take work copyrighting some of the material, because they sample artist but these are mixed albums.  I would really like someone in the genre to listen to it, or for Janet to make my nephew a subsidiary of her label once everything is ironed out.  Her name recognition would give them a shot if she presents them.  I do not really like rap but I enjoy listening this stuff, I suggested they cut down on some of the profanity, but it is all good.

 

New Projects:

 

I am about to try to get into my music the next two months, I have some new technology to include hardware and software, that I have not challenged yet.  I plan to rerecord older songs and make a few new ones, actually they are all new because they are unheard by the public.  I might stick with the music thing longer than 2 months but I do want to make a documentary that is dramatized about Frank Paul Gambino as described on my Wikipedia.com User page, that will be meant for entertainment as real truths are revealed, but only those with eyes will be able to see this.  I am not boring or bored, I just cannot do but so much as a solo act, do I have to elaborate?

 

All things must change. If you can accept the truth of that statement you have a wonderful year ahead of you. If, however, you allow the stubborn side of your nature to get the better of you life will be a constant struggle. Work with change – it can be fun.

 

Focus only on things that bring a smile to your face today, and for the rest of the week. The Sun in Taurus at this time of year highlights fun activities such as travel and social occasions, so get out and about and spread some light and laughter.

Why more Credit and so little Cash?

 

I am being offered a lot of credit, but I have what I need and have to pay down on the debt which I can currently afford.  If I took half of the credit being offered to me, I would have to work 60 hours per week to maintain myself and would not enjoy a damn thing I buy.  Do you really want me to work 60 hours a week, when I already do for you and Janet uncompensated?  I do not need more credit I need compensation, for what I already do.  I can think of a few small things I could use to enhance my studio of music and writing programs, but more money has to come in first.  You’ll are trying to dig me a hole that will require more hours of employment and less time on my projects. Why?

Then Janet says end it, I did not start anything, that project has not even gotten of the floor.  Why cannot I be a manager?  Why cannot I have my acts pose nude and all that crazy shit and resist the temptation of their nude bodies is not that what Janet is claiming she was able to do as the model and Jermaine Dupri the manager?  I am just trying to make a living, you’ll seem to think I should not be paid, but there are plenty of acts out there that are hungry, willing, and able and will pay me for my management skills.  The hell with more credit, compensate me or leave me be in making a living.

 

Obsessed debuts this weekend

 

Obsessed starring Beyonce Knowles, Ali Larter and Idris Elba, who played Springer Bell in the hit series that was on HBO the Wire, debuts at a theater near you on Friday 24 April 2009.  The Wire all 5 seasons are now on sale for about $39.99 per season I would buy all 5 season on double density DVD’s for about $79.99 but as for now the price is too high.  And Beyonce will start her I AM tour soon.  It will begin in Madison Square Garden 21 June 2009.  Unfortunately Obsessed is on the black market already but so is X-Men Wolverine, which comes out next week, so more people might watch Obsessed the weekend of X-Men’s release because of its piracy availability.

 

You don’t have to be aggressive to get what you want and with Venus, planet of harmony, changing signs on your birthday you will soon learn that charm works so much better than coercion. If you get the chance, help others to recognize that fact as well.

Forget about being careful with the dollars and cents today because you’ll be in the mood to spend, spend, and spend. Some might say that is not a very responsible attitude to have in these hard-pressed times but if it cheers you up it’s cheap at twice the price.
