There is not many more Michael Jackson or Janet Jackson’s created.  The days of the big budget transitions to mega hits are becoming too risky at best.  Sure there are a few big stars out there but are they as big as they seem or were they ever.  I mean is fame money or an expense.  Is success being surrounded by body guards at $250G a hit, being chauffeured in limousines and spending $500,000 on video to be seen at your cost, as music videos are still considered promos.

 

Radio shows are being simulcast; it like really few local DJ’s anymore, so where is all the money going?  It seems like a hand full of people is getting paid large at high tax brackets or not paid at no tax bracket.  But a strange thing is taking place in the music industry, evolving is a new middle class.  Very few people are selling a million CD’s, people are taking lessons from people like Tyler Perry and going back to building fan bases to old fashion way city to city and town to town.  People are recording on privately owned studios and self promoting their material.

 

To make a long story short, people are realizing that it is not worth having a multi-million dollar contract to clear $100G per year or even be in the red, when they can freelance and make $500G and have a life.  As we know so well there is a disparity between what a star makes and what they pocket after video recoup, producers, studio costs, taxes, security and all the stuff that comes with the package called a star..

Never in the history of American has so many men of one race been sent away from their children and family.  Approximately 16 million men and women served in the military during World War Two.  Out of that there were about 2.5 million African Americans and women combined that served as there were people of many races.  So even if 12 million were white with a population of about 134 million we are talking about less than 10% of the white population.

 

Now it is a fact that although the black population is 12 percent of the United States it is 17 percent of the military and black people are 22 percent likely to be incarcerated with about 1,000,000 locked up at this time.  My point without an in-depth analysis is that as more black men in proportion to the population are sent away from children and family now as were white men during World War II. 

 

The prison is a manufacturing compound, but it does not have the benefit of employment upon release.  So we have many black men who are basically symbolically castrated in American Society.  During World War Two, America was a manufacturing institution, but today we outsource our manufacturing jobs for cheaper labor.  So the role of men in general is that we have no real role in a service oriented economy and this is especially the case of the black man.  Hell looks at the auto industry!

 

The result is that the black man’s pride became the black woman’s pride and the weakness of the black community influencing troubled children.  The black man is absent without leave and therefore is not being subsidized but is in fact paying dues to a society that owes him repatriations for his ancestor’s labor without compensation called slavery. 

 

We have to stop outsourcing or manufacturing jobs to prisons and foreign markets.  What Big Corporate America forgot is that even the Service industry and superstores need paying customers and paying customers need jobs.  Put America back to work and buy American.  However this is easier said than done without tariffs on foreign imports.

We tell our children we are in a dire situation and if you quit school you quit on your country.  We tell them they must work hard to be successful.  I am sorry but that message should be meant for the parents and not the children. We live in a society of obese children, whereby fun is being on a computer.  We test our children out of school instead of encouraging them to spend that extra two or three years in high school, like if there is a rush to force them into adulthood and because of the rush job we are a nation of late blossomless incarcerated people.  

 

We tell them to compete against the world, yet we pit them against each other.  That is the problem I have with these non military experienced political leaders, you do not understand real teamwork.  We should be teaching our children to love first and through love of their neighbor as a team they can excel. 

 

We live in a society whereby everyone wants to be the chief, even without leadership qualities, because the Indians are not compensated properly, so it is all or nothing in America, whereby executive to employee salaries are too disproportionate.  And we call this success?  Is keeping our brother man down so we can share the pie with the devil truly success?

 

Let me tell you about something learned in the military, it is called teamwork.  I also learned this in the little league baseball and basketball teams.  Do these fat kids even have gym class anymore?  We say more school and less summer, I remember when the summer meant sports or work both which were good ethnics.

 

But we have kids now with nothing to do but join gangs during summer vacation and dance on the subways and sell candy and we talk about improvements.  I know of a man who worked hard all his life, had not a childhood and was rich as can be and he died at 50 years old.  His name was Michael Jackson.  You want to reform education?  Implement the Michael Jackson Act that guarantees every American child a childhood and not hard labor in the disguise of education.

The United States trade deficit was over $666 Billion in 2008 alone.  A negative balance of trade is when imports exceed exports and is called a trade deficit. In other words Americans buy more foreign goods than products made in America.  You have to ask how this could be when America is the land of milk and honey.  The answer is plain and simple; it is the result of big corporate greed.   They sold us out! 

 

They incarcerate the minorities or send them to war and send white trash along with them to foreign lands for the right to outsource labor, called cheap labor.  They destroy the American labor force systemically as the give jobs to foreigners.   This is called the American Dream.  And when they become too powerful (Nations) they send us over there to kill them and destroy their lands so they can start all over at the costs of our livelihood.  Does Iraq ring a bell!  Do Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein light a torch or what?  America made them both and it is not secret, and now we are taking them down.  Why?  Is it because to big corporate America they are like mere drug dealers who made a pact with the devil?

 

I say it is a conspiracy against Americans; corrupt businessmen influenced the political parties with money in the name of capitalism.  The whole system is screwed up all the way to how a person is elected.  An example is Mayor Bloomberg he is about to buy New York City’s “City Hall.” It takes money to run a campaign and where do you think the money comes from to run an election, from special interest groups with an agenda.  Their purpose is to influence the political system plain and simple.

 

People may allude to President Obama campaign came from the grass roots, I personally do not buy that, I think that whole line of crap is a ploy, because what is he doing for the little man now?  How much money is he collecting from special interest coalitions now?  I mean who sent him the money, not one person came to me and said I send Senator Obama money.  Not that I matter to everyone; but I should know a few people who contributed.  I do not!

 

The answer is tariffs on foreign imports, stop outsourcing labor, stop fighting senseless wars, open the prison gates after they are educated and regulate the elections process.  Everyone should have the same war treasure chest in the elections process, with the same amount of media coverage and then and not until then will America be governed by Americans for Americans.  The people in Washington DC are traders who overthrew the American government.

I have been at this since childhood, first for the Gambino Family then since I was 17 years old the Government, I sacrificed all my worldly possession in the process, so do not tell me about being in a rush, everybody has theirs but me.  You remember back in the day when we had television commercials about gadgets sold at discount stores like Woolworth and Genovese who you think invented that shit half the time and I started with a loaf of bread so to speak.  I forfeited a life time and if stem cells do not work out it was all for nothing concerning me and just possessions to give away, a selfless and foolish sacrifice.

 

As far as I am concerned we can make all of Gambino Corporations and Companies subsidiaries of existing corporations, for example Gambino Pharmaceuticals can be a subsidiary of Pfizer, so when their old drugs become obsolete because of cures they can continue to profit and Gambino Records can go to Warner Records and so on, then the Six Families to include the Jones Family AKA the Gallo Family can split the profits.  But the bottom line is Media interlocks with Big Corporate America.  Janet and her family was been given the world if they and the children of John Gotti squandered their money it can be replaced, but in Janet’s case I am not going to cosign payoffs to maintain lies.

 

I want to move my people to Highlands County, I want to build up the Heartland in Central Florida and it has plenty of Water in the Okeechobee Lake to support life.  There are plenty of wooded areas and natural resources to use to build a small city.  I think with the money for infrastructure in the United States I cannot understand how the waterways Act was not included in the President’s plans, it is not pork it is a necessity to control rapid whether condition changes such as floods and droughts, we have to circulate the water through manmade channels.

I want MJ’s fans to know that we always put Michael’s and the family’s interest above our own. We were told by Michael that he had “another commitment” and he would perform our show as long as it didn’t conflict. When it was confirmed that he was talking about the London dates, we were always amenable to working around the shows. When MJ told us that he would perform our show when he came back from London, we agreed to a summer 2010 date. Unlike other individuals or companies who have filed lawsuits against MJ seeking astronomical damages, we are trying to put a historic amount of money back into his pocket through our one night only U.S. concert.

 

It looks like Michael Jackson and Patrick Allocco came to a tentative agreement, we know Janet Jackson is working on her new album and is very busy these days, behind the spotlights and it is certain she will not be touring with her siblings.  However her album release date is sometime in the spring of 2010 and there is still the possibility of her showing up for one show to be aired worldwide.  It would certainly help promote her album and possible tour to do a high powered 45 minutes performance in a three hours Jackson’s extravaganza.

 

There was talk of a two million dollar retainer; I think three is more in line which can partially be advanced by Monster Energy Drinks, who is to make monster profits if this gets off the ground.  Patrick would have to submit an application with the USO and include in the rider some type of arrangement with AAFES Reel-Time Theaters, which has 6,500 screens in old school type theaters opposed to multiplex type theaters.  I think the destiny of this project highly depends on Patrick’s preparations which must start now.

I received another letter from Mr. Patrick Allocco the President/CEO of AllGood Entertainment. Both side being the Jackson Family and AllGood Entertainment wants to play ball, however I see them miles apart as far as Logistics, we want a realistic plan as to how he plans to pull this off and the investment capital and guaranteed salary for the commitment, I feel the current plan is destined to fail.  I am not going to seat in front of a computer to watch a concert I have to pay for.

The timing has to be strategic; Hollywood will almost certainly going put something out on the 4^th of July weekend that is big and we can be that, we have to have committed seats in the theaters for this to work and hope our choice is the choice of the movie goers on that weekend and the following two weekends.  As I suggested he book AAFES Reel-Time Theaters for a start we are talking about 6,500 screens whereby many of the theaters are old school and not multiplex, they have a 7,000 seat theater in Iraq.  In fact if it is going to be an all day shoot to tape the show I would consider inviting many of our troops because they are discipline and deserve to be a part of this history, the first showing or only stage show can be a USO show and the logistics for the show can be handled by the Military as far as stage engineers and so forth, transportation, you know the list, sound engineers must I name the whole entourage?

We give the USO the show and in return the AAFES commit the theaters to us on July 3^rd and the talent fees will be covered by the USO.  I do not expect Patrick to commit a bunch of seats all at once, but start the promotions and sell seats to theaters in advance 10 or 20 theaters at a time for the big day.  In fact the show has to be before 3 July 2010 to show it on that day if he wants to professionally tape it.

I know it is Michael’s dream to have a magic show and Janet deserves one also and by taping it we can include effects unheard of at a concert, we can bill this show as the Jackson Family Virtual Concert and Magic Show and invest 10 million on a big show with all the trimmings and give the people what they pay for.  Patrick Allocco has to stop bickering about London and start doing his damn job, with is to promote the big show.  If the investment capital, logistical planning and foreseeable return is there we will also be there, but currently he is doing a poor job promoting the show.  And I want the sponsorship of Monster Energy Drinks, who will reach over 50,000 GI’s at one time at the Football Arena, not to mention all the people millions of people who will go to the theaters to see the show.  The soldier cannot drink alcohol in the middle east, but can drink Monster Energy Drinks.

Doing business with AAFES can be a very profitable arrangement, whereby the military is 100% employed and AAFES hires over 45,000 people in addition to the military 1.1 Million personal currently on active duty in the United States Military, which is well kept secret consumers paradise whom have requested more than once they want better entertainment and the USO can deliver and that is the theme I want for this show.

I believe that Janet and her production team is out of touch with world affairs, to even consider recording this mess tells me she needs serious help in song selection. “Love Sex Magic”  Had she would have recorded this mess it would have all but ended her career as a serious artist.  It is totally commercial and makes no real statement.

 

I mean the world is coming to an end right before us, like the word Obama is worth 200,000 CD sales, I mean at 43 years of age which she will be soon, she has to sing about something of real substance, like the economic crisis, the war in the middle east, the AIDS Epidemic to the first black president, to have even considered this mess is a very bad sign she is on the wrong path and is headed for a disaster.

 

Like I told some fool talking about Janet has no record deal none the less a release date, “How much does it cost to burn a CD today, how much thinking does it require to distribute music, who is Prince signed to and how many independent labels are in business today?”  The bottom line is that “The Underground Distribution Network,” can become reality.

 

By: Frank Paul Gambino – Music Distribution Category:  I highly recommend reading some of these articles on this hyperlink.  It is about escaping the RIAA whose true interest is the major 4 and hiring a totally separate distribution network uninfluenced by the RIAA who represent over 1,600 record labels and I stand corrected by saying there are 16,000 independent labels, it is more in line with about 2,000, but what is important as an independent is to not be under the guidelines of the big 4 labels, who are the competition and really wants you to fail. If they cared about the independent labels they would have hired the artist in them.

 

You have to look at how China operates: the Recording Industry Underground Tax then you will understand that the today’s American black market piracy operations can realistically be tomorrow’s independent music distributors.

 

My message of the day is to escape the grips of the iron fist the RIAA and sing for social change.  During one of our disputes Janet told me she is only trying to help the world through her music, not with songs like “Love Sex Magic,” did you see that video, totally without taste?  If Janet wants to really be a service to the world sing for social change and not money and the money will follow because her foundation will be relevant to the listeners; it is time to stop being simply commercial.  It is not the music that is a sign of maturity in career and life, but what a person sings about that separates commercial music from social leaders, be a leader Janet.

 

As for me everyone wants to give me credit, I need cash money and it would be nice to get my second crown cemented already.  It is the little things in my life that are disturbing.

 

With genius planet Uranus strong on your birthday you won’t find it hard to come up with new ideas and new proposals. You may find it hard to persuade people that you have the answer but you are not lacking in communication skills either. It’s just another challenge.

If you need assistance you must let friends and family and work colleagues know about it. You may think it is heroic keeping your pain to yourself but it isn’t, it’s silly. You have helped so many people in the past – now let them help you.

We all know Janet is pure magic and can put on a great show.  She is currently working with Jam and Lewis of Flyte Tyme Productions on new album, what everyone may have let slip by is the fabulous Time Band with lead singer Morris Day is working on something concurrently.  It is possible the two albums might drop about the same time and it is a huge possibility that the Time Band will be added to the Janet World Tour ticket as the other act and an added attraction.

 

Also with Ticket-Master merged with Live Nation who is a huge distributor of concert tickets, it is a possibility that the albums will be sold as an add on to ticket purchases through Ticket-Master, meaning for the same basic price of a concert ticket to see Janet and the Time Band featuring Morris Day, you will also get a copy of the newly released album in the mail with your purchase.  This is a new marketing strategy being introduced by Black Doll and Live Nation the Monster of musical entertainment.  So not only will you get to see Janet and the Time up close and personal, but you will get to hear them for the price of your concert tickets.  Oh, sure the albums will be available at record stores in you local location, but if you plan to go to the show, this is great package deal.

 

Details have not been iron out yet; the idea is in the embryonic stage, but realistically a foreseeable future business venture for Black Doll, Flyte Tyme and the Live Nation umbrella.  It would increase record sales, promote the tour and add much more interest to the whole shebang.  The East Coast canceled stops may be rescheduled with the newly ensemble.  Pure excitement!

There are basically 4 or 5 major record labels today and what a major label really balls down to is they have their own distribution system and demands high volume record sales.  An independent label is basically a label that has no affiliation with a major label and uses independent distributors to get their record into the stores.

 

So if a person has their own label but is under the umbrella of a major labels are they actually independent of the major labels? The fact of the matter Live Nation is a monster in the music industry and is if not the most influential company in the music industry in conjunction with Clear Channel Communications.  So to sign an independent deal with Live Nation is not in fact independent of the major channels of the music industry, because the fact of the matter is record labels depend on Live Nation and Clear Channel Communications, for touring and airplay on the radio.

 

So it is obvious that they can demand from the major labels distribution for artist signed to them. The bottom-line is there will be advantages by Janet for signing onto her own Record Label “Black Doll” under the umbrella of Live Nation.

 

Perhaps Janet’s timing is perfect as Live Nation and Ticket-Master is announcing a merger, making Live Nation even bigger.  Just as major labels have their own distribution now Live Nation owns distribution of concert tickets as we know Ticket-Master is a major distributor of concert tickets.  So as a package deal it might be a very good business venture to sign onto Live Nation to put out a new album and new tour in 2009.  However statistical analysis has to be taken to measure the success of the tour based on the economic soundness in the world at large.

 

Some economist predict a full economic recovery and some a partial recovery and even other predict it will get worst before it gets better, and concerts and record sales are in fact out of discretionary spending.  So we have to respect Live Nation for their cautiousness as they take a risk on Janet.  In this one Janet is the Forward Observer for the King of the Battle.  In other words she is being sent out front to test the waters for the biggest and the boldest being Live Nation; because as the old going say it, “The show must go on.”   

 

With Live Nation in conjunction with Clear Channel Communications and Ticket-Master every opportunity that the Economic Reinvestment Plan can offer will be put to a test; and who better than Janet to face the challenge?  As we would often say in the United States Army the forward observer directed the big guns who were the king of the battle Artillery and air support.
