Is this a dumb question?   Maybe 20 years ago without a second of consideration the answer would have been yes that is a dumb question, however this is not 20 years ago.  I asked a teen this question and asked for an honest answer and I was told, I have to abide by the law, but I do not know if there is a God.  I said so you fear Bloomberg more than you fear God and the answer was yes.

 

This is what New York City is creating non God fearing children, who know who to blame for there hardships.  There was a time when everyone’s faith was basically in God and that God would see them through hard times, but now these children no longer want to wait on the Lord of Never and Never-Land.

 

In the old days we were blind by the vile of secrecy, but now wars are fought on television and the state of the world is heard everyday on the radio.  The right to speech has gone beyond acceptability and with these economic hard times the liberal left is forcing tolerance in every area but Godliness.

 

So we ask why do not our children fear God or even believe in the existence of God.  And the fool in-charge may think this is ill-relevant.  But is this really of no real significance?  See there was a time when Satan was a secret, but now the Illuminati are actually posted on the Internet, so now even evil has a face.  We use to blame the hands for everything that went wrong in the world.  We would say Oh it is the Mafia causing all these dreadful mishaps.  Now John Gotti does not even make it on the front page of the New York Post, because people can see beyond the crap.

 

I was told as a child a man destroys that which he fears.  Do you fear God or Man?  Now you see where I am going with this letter.  See people feared Hitler; people feared the Mafia and by God people fear God.  But now people do not believe these exist any longer.   People went to sleep on the Bavarian movement or the Roman Empire and the Underworld has become a thing of foreigners with no real interest in America’s good health.  All we see is the politicians who are making false promises they have no power to fulfill, who are now feared more than God by our youth.  By the process of deduction who is the next to fall?  When there is no Underworld, Reich (Holy Roman Empire) or God?  The Music Industry is a symptom of a much larger fish, to be fried.

Gotti Junior; it is vendetta.  As I continue this article you will see the relevance of what I am talking about.  First of all his father was my friend, I only saw John  Junior one time in my life, he may have been a thug but never the Don, so the whole trail is a misrepresentation of organized crime.  It is not about drugs and killing innocent people or headlines in the newspapers, often in fact when people disappear they receive a new identity and is said to be dead and the government knows this.  That is all I have to say on the subject.  John is not RICO by any means and the government should be ashamed of themselves for holding him for ransom, because we all know I am the problem they have.

 

Frank Paul Gambino:  I know I am under investigation now and am being watch, for speaking up for John Gotti and other reasons.  But everything is known by the FBI and Secret Service which tells me it might be local in nature.  However unlike my father (Carlo Gambino) I talk to cops, I was involve in covert operations for the government for many years, anything you want to know just ask, because the bottom-line you need me more than I need you and you need me much more than to carry out this charade and travesty of justice against John and if you take him down my price doubles and we all know what I am talking about.

The United States trade deficit was over $666 Billion in 2008 alone.  A negative balance of trade is when imports exceed exports and is called a trade deficit. In other words Americans buy more foreign goods than products made in America.  You have to ask how this could be when America is the land of milk and honey.  The answer is plain and simple; it is the result of big corporate greed.   They sold us out! 

 

They incarcerate the minorities or send them to war and send white trash along with them to foreign lands for the right to outsource labor, called cheap labor.  They destroy the American labor force systemically as the give jobs to foreigners.   This is called the American Dream.  And when they become too powerful (Nations) they send us over there to kill them and destroy their lands so they can start all over at the costs of our livelihood.  Does Iraq ring a bell!  Do Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussein light a torch or what?  America made them both and it is not secret, and now we are taking them down.  Why?  Is it because to big corporate America they are like mere drug dealers who made a pact with the devil?

 

I say it is a conspiracy against Americans; corrupt businessmen influenced the political parties with money in the name of capitalism.  The whole system is screwed up all the way to how a person is elected.  An example is Mayor Bloomberg he is about to buy New York City’s “City Hall.” It takes money to run a campaign and where do you think the money comes from to run an election, from special interest groups with an agenda.  Their purpose is to influence the political system plain and simple.

 

People may allude to President Obama campaign came from the grass roots, I personally do not buy that, I think that whole line of crap is a ploy, because what is he doing for the little man now?  How much money is he collecting from special interest coalitions now?  I mean who sent him the money, not one person came to me and said I send Senator Obama money.  Not that I matter to everyone; but I should know a few people who contributed.  I do not!

 

The answer is tariffs on foreign imports, stop outsourcing labor, stop fighting senseless wars, open the prison gates after they are educated and regulate the elections process.  Everyone should have the same war treasure chest in the elections process, with the same amount of media coverage and then and not until then will America be governed by Americans for Americans.  The people in Washington DC are traders who overthrew the American government.

Doctors are saying that 25 mg or even 50 mg of Propofol could not have been lethal in fact 50 mg of Propofol would probably induce a person to sleep for about 10 minutes.  But the question is how it was administered and how many times in one night can you give a person 25 mg to 50 mg of Propofol.  It is obvious if the doctor was monitoring Michael all night, Michael was receiving these dosages continuously. 

 

Personally I do not understand why Michael did not use something like hashish if they had to break the low, enough of that will knockout an elephant and I never heard about someone overdosing from it and dying as a result.  Then there are other safe and legal medications that will knockout a person.  I personally know what it is like to not be able to sleep I stayed up for 90 consecutive days back in 2001 and until this day I take effective medications that put me to sleep and I wakeup like clock work everyday.

 

Michael is yet to be buried; I heard it was postponed until Wednesday he was supposed to be laid to rest Saturday which would have been his 51^st birthday.  Some people still do not buy the whole thing about Michael as people still believe John Gotti is still alive, I mean the federal Prison system has excellent dental facilities and to think John Gotti got cancer due to negligence in not treating his infected dental implant and no lawsuits followed is unbelievable.  As in Michael’s case we have yet to hear about a lawsuit, I mean I am certain Dr. Conrad Murray had insurance and AEG has to want to recoup and the family of Michael experienced a devastating loss.  Whereby it will take a judgment beyond a reasonable doubt to convict Dr. Murray in criminal court, it will only take a preponderance of evidence in a civil lawsuit.  And being both Michael and John’s family failed to pursue a civil lawsuit you have to wonder why.

When Janet had it like that she ran behind pretty boys supporting their extravagant taste and was taken for a ride.  She also got use to the high life.  If you noticed Janet and Latoya got close to people who were a part of there careers, like managers, on the streets we called them panders and pimps, people who promise you the world but are all for self, you remember Jack Gordon, he had Latoya doing porn and took her for everything, now we have Jermaine Dupri and Janet, but do you remember Rene Elizondo and the millions he raked in for taking photos and keeping secrets?  Jermaine is no different he cash in on the milking cow and now she is used up.  So many sad stories!  But Janet had a good run.

 

Jermaine Dupri personally I underestimated, with his cross dressing and homo acts I took him as a homosexual, but he turned out to be a slick businessman also and Janet being in the business as long as she has been could be called simply dumb, but we will go with green to street smarts. 

 

First if you remember in 2004 I believe Janet experienced the nipple-gate at the Super Bowl and I blamed Justin Timberlake who later told me he was setup and it was planned.  I remember on the news that day Jermaine Dupri describe it as sexy with a smile on his face.  Red flags should have sky rocketed but I underestimated him.  Janet never recovered from that event.  Then he produced album after album that were flops and a tour that was not anything it was supposed to be, now the once her men’s supporter depends on an ugly midget to try to maintain her lifestyle without family support. 

 

Why did this happen because it came too easy to her and she believed the fantasy and when she had it she chose money over knowledge and glamour over reality and as a result lost the trust of those who really cared about her  and the one person who was always in her corner may well abandon her.  “You reap what you sow.” Nobody left Janet in a time of need, she abandoned those who cared for fake friends, you cannot split up what was never in reality you just see their true colors.  “Everybody love a star, but nobody is around when the star comes down,” but disgruntled love.

In the criminal law, a conspiracy is an agreement between two or more persons to break the law at some time in the future, and, in some cases, with at least one overt act in furtherance of that agreement.

 

There are reports from several sources that Dr. Conrad Murray is under investigation now and it is being considered to charge him with Manslaughter.  This would simply make him a fall guy of a much larger scheme.  Michael Jackson was isolated from many who loved him and had several handlers who had to know what was going on.  Perhaps Dr, Murray did not intentional kill Michael but he intentional broke the law knowing the risk factors he chose to play God and his team of managers and handlers also had to know what was going on and this constitutes a conspiracy, because more the one person agreed to break the law.

 

As I said before Dr. Conrad Murray has to be arrested as soon as possible even if it is for an unrelated charge.  This is for his protection because he also can be found dead.  I mean look how the government mistreats John A. Gotti and hold him on false charges months and years at a time after he made a deal with the government on racketeering charges, because they know they are holding him for ransom.  Here we have a real RICO Act case with Billions on the line and it is being played down as a lone stupid doctor, doing something stupid, to be portrayed as the lone fall guy as business continues as usual.  But remember where the government stops vengeance is the Lords.  This is bigger than Dr. Conrad Murray it was a collaboration of people who had influence over Michael’s life.  There will be a domino effect!

This is the foundation of what I want for myself, my family and my men.  I wrote this around 22 August 2006.  I think the best time to get serious about the negotiations is after I go home.  I do not want to chance us finding another excuse for me to stay away from my wives. Once I go home we will get a KEY and get the information I am not conscious of, there should be a lot of numbers and information tuck away in my mind, that will require a KEY to get to it.

 

I do not want a bunch of liquid capital; I want my money invested into the economy.  By printing more money the value of the dollar will go down and the price of American goods will become more competitive.  Buy American will make economic sense!

RE: First Settlement Request

 

The settlement is $500 Billion.  My cut is $50 Billion.  I will use this to settle with my family, friends and certain organizations.  If Bill Gates can have this kind of money so can I.  I will disperse about $25 Billion to $30 Billion to all parties. I will use the $450 Billion to settle everyone else.  I will settle with the African Americans (Jews) that I see eye to eye with; the rest can fight for their reparations, I do not care. Also, I will settle with the Gentiles.  Basically I will settle with the Church, being those who will support our cause.  I think this is a fair deal, considering Iraq!

 

The way I see it, I will have about $250 Billion to $270 Billion after I take care of my men and women, to settle with the church.  Those who are called Jews as far as I am concerned are actually Gentiles, but if they insist on being Jews so be it, because I will treat all members of the church the same way.  In the same way I will establish a bank to settle with my men; I will also establish a bank for them.

 

My annual budget will be based on the interest payments of my total assets, which will be 20%; this will allow me to support the economy instead of trying to monopolize it.  Plus I want 25% of the profits made by the Gambino Enterprises, being the two research divisions.  The other 75% will go to share holders.  I will pay taxes on my income and then do charity with the balance minus the rate of inflation which will accumulate into my estate to maintain the actual value of my assets.  My settlement is after taxes, it does not make sense to print the money to tax me, you figure out what the taxes is and add to the settlement.  Everyone else will pay their taxes out of the settlement.
