Timing is everything as Michael Jackson will be place in his final resting place on his 51^st birthday and what is billed as a simple ceremony, but will his fans allow it to be simple?  Michael will be placed to rest at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park according to several sources 3^rd party information of an unnamed source close to the family.  What I hear is that this will be temporary and the family has much bigger plans for the King of Pop, but only time will tell.  In any case this saga ends for now.

 

There are rumors swirling about a Jackson Family tour to be led by Janet and Jermaine Jackson as the stars or headliners.  There is word that Janet is working on new material for her upcoming album,  As Jermaine has been tweaking the music technology DAW as he entered the home studio thing, there is no telling what the Jackson have in stored to their fans in 2010.

 

It is not clear who will be promoting the tour you have Live Nation, AEG Live and ALLGood Entertainment who has been silent since Michael’s death and claimed they have a contract for the performance of the Jackson Family.  I do not know if Michael’s death nullifies the deal or did they officially opt out, but something has to be put on paper in order for the Jackson’s plans to be sue-proof.  You know how it goes after success old law suit surface.

On 14 March 2009 Stephanie Mills headlining along side the Whispers at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles California was rudely harassed by the management at this venue.  They threatened not to pay her according to the contract agreement requiring them to pay her in full prior to performing and threatened to search her property without any reason whatsoever.  It was an attempted act of extortion.  A shakedown and an attempted bamboozle.

 

But Stephanie stood up to them and was not only not searched but explained her situation to the Whispers who refused to perform until her situation was resolved, I call this old fashion sticking together.  Ultimately she was paid in full and the show went on but not as scheduled as a standoff took place for a couple of hours, but the fans got what they paid for.

 

She said a lot of women especially black women are mistreated in the industry while touring and she felt betrayed by her former agent whom she fired after the disrespectful position taken by her former agent.  A similar situation was Janet under the management of Jermaine Dupri during the Rock Witchu Tour as there is speculation as to did Janet Jackson receive her just due pay while touring.

 

This is a common practice that is a taboo when it comes to talking about it in fear of being blackballed from industry touring.  You can believe that many artist go without getting their full agreed upon concert performance deal.  Some are simply not paid others are forced to make ridicules contract riders that the venue basically takes back some of the money agreed upon in the deal made to perform.  People think artist are crazy because of some of the riders they have when on tour, but the reality be told they afraid to not agree to these forms of extortion.  This makes me wonder about Michael Jackson reported rider including over 1,200 bottle of $36 water.  In Janet’s case if she did not get paid it is her fault because I offered my services as a money collector.   It is a taboo!  By the way Prince performs at the Nokia- Live on Saturday 28 March 2009.  Will they pay Prince in full?  I wonder what is in his rider.

It is not a secret that China is a labor force to be dealt with and is flooding the market with pirated CD’s and DVD’s.  A lot of the contracts are outsourced to China to save money on labor costs but it backfired for two reasons, for one our labor force are the American consumer who buy products in American stores and number two we get more than we pay for, which is actually a bad thing, because it is sold in the market and is unaccounted for on the bottom line.

 

The only way to combat these trade deficits that are illegally pledged upon us, which is a money laundering scheme is to bring these markets to America.  The biggest problem with the American economy is unaccounted monies, too much money being made is not taxed and is being taken out of the system and big corporate America are the main culprits.

 

This is what makes the Underground Distribution Network so beautiful; by design it brings money through taxes back into the system.  It allows the black market to account for all their profits by funneling money back into the system as record sales and that is what China is doing to America because of corporate greed to include the RIAA.  They produce so many CD’s legitimately but many are produced illegally and are sold on the open market worldwide and come back to China as legally made money by products that on the books in America really never existed.

 

I say legalize Casino gambling in New York City, Marijuana in California and open the market to independent labels distribution by the Underground Distribution Network  and we will be amazed as to how the economy will recover.  I said enough now you read between the lines, but this is why people like Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston and the rest spend and blew their money as fast as they get it, because it is by design that they pay for services controlled by the same people who pay them, so that the money goes back to the big major labels by means other than music sales, such as security, car services and other investments and if a celebrity does not blow money they are blackballed from making money very often.  I know the system is corrupt.

Did Janet Jackson get paid properly for her tour?  Is this the real reason for its abrupt ending?  For that matter do black entertainers get paid properly for their concert tours in general?  I just want to assure black entertainers that all is not as it seems and you have a greater interest in things you have not idea about.  A lot of the new money is not the Illuminati as the old money sold them short.  You give certain people more credit than they deserve.  A lot of the new corporations and monsters of entertainment is not the old money (Wall Street as you know them).  There is a new corporate America on the verge of a hostile takeover.  It is simple your lack of faith that you cannot see what is happening.  You have been heard Stephanie Mills, and you only confirmed my suspicions, you are right in you have nothing to worry about.  But the power that is to be is not as white as you may think.  Have faith.

We will see.  The main idea behind my economic agenda is to bring money back into the system as I give politicians especially the president of the United States plausible denial.  The bottom line is the money is out of the system because the foolish big corporate America tried to sell us out.  But they sold themselves to us and now what I do not like is we seem to be giving it back to them too much without enough strings attached.

 

As I said, the big corporate America has been policing them but we were a step ahead of them and we policed the police.  The bottom line as stated in the Economic Crisis a letter to the Illuminati, we have the money and it will never be found unless certain conditions are met.  Right now they are simply creating more debts to move the economy, but unless money is returned to the system the economy will never be recovered.  I told you’ll what is necessary and feel it is not necessary to repeat myself.

 

Oh by the way, my policy for banking is not to lend $30 for every $1 in the bank, but to lend $1 to every $10 deposited in the bank and based on this policy my settlement of $1 Trillion dollars, will become the lending power of $10 Trillion dollars to help build a better economy.

We all know Janet is pure magic and can put on a great show.  She is currently working with Jam and Lewis of Flyte Tyme Productions on new album, what everyone may have let slip by is the fabulous Time Band with lead singer Morris Day is working on something concurrently.  It is possible the two albums might drop about the same time and it is a huge possibility that the Time Band will be added to the Janet World Tour ticket as the other act and an added attraction.

 

Also with Ticket-Master merged with Live Nation who is a huge distributor of concert tickets, it is a possibility that the albums will be sold as an add on to ticket purchases through Ticket-Master, meaning for the same basic price of a concert ticket to see Janet and the Time Band featuring Morris Day, you will also get a copy of the newly released album in the mail with your purchase.  This is a new marketing strategy being introduced by Black Doll and Live Nation the Monster of musical entertainment.  So not only will you get to see Janet and the Time up close and personal, but you will get to hear them for the price of your concert tickets.  Oh, sure the albums will be available at record stores in you local location, but if you plan to go to the show, this is great package deal.

 

Details have not been iron out yet; the idea is in the embryonic stage, but realistically a foreseeable future business venture for Black Doll, Flyte Tyme and the Live Nation umbrella.  It would increase record sales, promote the tour and add much more interest to the whole shebang.  The East Coast canceled stops may be rescheduled with the newly ensemble.  Pure excitement!

There are basically 4 or 5 major record labels today and what a major label really balls down to is they have their own distribution system and demands high volume record sales.  An independent label is basically a label that has no affiliation with a major label and uses independent distributors to get their record into the stores.

 

So if a person has their own label but is under the umbrella of a major labels are they actually independent of the major labels? The fact of the matter Live Nation is a monster in the music industry and is if not the most influential company in the music industry in conjunction with Clear Channel Communications.  So to sign an independent deal with Live Nation is not in fact independent of the major channels of the music industry, because the fact of the matter is record labels depend on Live Nation and Clear Channel Communications, for touring and airplay on the radio.

 

So it is obvious that they can demand from the major labels distribution for artist signed to them. The bottom-line is there will be advantages by Janet for signing onto her own Record Label “Black Doll” under the umbrella of Live Nation.

 

Perhaps Janet’s timing is perfect as Live Nation and Ticket-Master is announcing a merger, making Live Nation even bigger.  Just as major labels have their own distribution now Live Nation owns distribution of concert tickets as we know Ticket-Master is a major distributor of concert tickets.  So as a package deal it might be a very good business venture to sign onto Live Nation to put out a new album and new tour in 2009.  However statistical analysis has to be taken to measure the success of the tour based on the economic soundness in the world at large.

 

Some economist predict a full economic recovery and some a partial recovery and even other predict it will get worst before it gets better, and concerts and record sales are in fact out of discretionary spending.  So we have to respect Live Nation for their cautiousness as they take a risk on Janet.  In this one Janet is the Forward Observer for the King of the Battle.  In other words she is being sent out front to test the waters for the biggest and the boldest being Live Nation; because as the old going say it, “The show must go on.”   

 

With Live Nation in conjunction with Clear Channel Communications and Ticket-Master every opportunity that the Economic Reinvestment Plan can offer will be put to a test; and who better than Janet to face the challenge?  As we would often say in the United States Army the forward observer directed the big guns who were the king of the battle Artillery and air support.

Keep yourself well informed about what’s going on in the world at large because there will be opportunities to benefit from what you know later in the year. Trust your own judgment when it comes to finances and business matters. No one is more expert than you.

You are rapidly coming to the end of your personal solar year and when the Sun moves into your birth sign just over a week from now you will look back and wonder why on earth you worried so much. Now that you know that, why not stop worrying now?

I am glad you brought up this point and subject because I wanted to elaborate on this. If we get our way Janet will get a minimum of a 3 record deal as well as 3 movies.

Janet gets $100 Million in a 5 year deal that is extendable to 7 years, which provides for maternal leave in case of pregnancies.  The contract will include 3 CD’s, 3 Movies roles, a 6 months show at a Casino to be named and two world tours. 

Janet is supposed to release one album this summer, the economic forecast for this year from the words of our Honorable President Obama is not very good, but lots of growth is expected next year.  We have to plan these events around the economy; we do not want to keep making excuses about the economic crisis which is real.

 

Now we have Flyte Tyme onboard with Jam and Lewis who are seasoned veteran producers.  I think Janet should stick with the original plan and use various producers on the next album and use some unreleased and new material with about 18 songs and continue the tour and hope that people are willing to spend and have confidence in the economy.  I would add a forth album and a forth movie, due to current economic conditions to the contract.  I would have Jam and Lewis do the 4 SACD cuts, which means at least 4 songs on the album in CD audio as well and save the bulk of the material for the next album to be released towards the end of 2010 at which time she could do a casino bid and make an offer to do a 6 months stay. Hopefully by then we will have casinos in New York City.

 

Hopefully “why did I get married” can be filmed and released this year towards December or early to mid next year.  The new album and the continuation of the current tour should do well but not great and for this reason I would put out the Buzz that better material is being held back due to economic conditions and this one is a warm up towards something totally out of this world.  The second album should be a straight up hybrid SACD, with all the formats that come with it.  The sound will be out of this world and the electronics industry will be able to deliver a new product line called SACD Players to be standard on new Home Theaters that are 5.1 and better.  SACD and Blu Ray should be the new electronic packages on high end Home Theaters and Janet will promote these products.

 

I want Janet in as many commercials as possible now and not all for pay, as I told her do it for what Jermaine paid her for photo sessions plus a salary.  Do not just do it for money but for publicity and visibility.  We need to hire an economic team or economist to the management team of Janet Jackson or outsource this service, because it is a necessity.  We want to know where the money is going, how it will be used by the demographics and the demand of each section of the economy and get onboard to promoting these product lines.

Janet Jackson is currently in negotiations for her own record label under the umbrella of Live Nation.  Janet Jackson who owns Black Doll may also carry over the name for her record label.

 

The first album to be released is under works and is expected to drop in the summer of 2009; this year.  There will be some new material and some unreleased older material on the first release to support the continuation of her tour that will probably be renamed to promote the newer material.

 

Rehearsals for the tour will start back up in June of this year and the first stop is in Amsterdam.  There are a lot of heavy weight negotiations taking place at the time so it is impossible to give any further specifics about Janet’s tour or record label other than it will start back (the tour that is) this summer and the record label will most likely be her own label under the umbrella of Live Nation.  The motto is, “we have to think big and for the long haul.”  This is only the beginning!

Janet performed at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC on the 15^th of October as she started her return to the comeback to the North American Leg of the Rock Wit Chu Tour and did her other shows at the Izod Center in New Jersey, Philips Arena in Atlanta, the Toyota Center in Houston and yesterday at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas.  The momentum of the tour is picking up; as she your aims towards the Big show at Madison Square Garden which marks a new beginning to the World Tour.  There is talk about Michael being added to the ticket on the International leg of the tour, could you imagine Janet and Michael sharing the same stage.  Only in these economic times could such a deal be struck.

 

There is much hype about Janet’s split with Island Def Jam and Jermaine Dupri as if it is today’s news, but it is yesterday’s news and Janet is going forward.  Janet has Jackson’s blood running through her heart full of passion and loves for her fans and will overcome these hurdles or a blessing in disguise? 

 

Remember when the Jackson Five left Motown and went to Epic Records and had a minor slump until they found there a new notch in the music industry.  Everybody thought they were finished, then came Destiny on which I played bass guitar under the name Paul Jackson Jr. who could have never made that performance, followed by Off the Wall and who can forget Thriller. Well once Janet gets back to her true friends and family, trust me more success awaits her. We love you Janet so comeback home and get back to true love and love will love you back.  We will find you the appropriate material to represent the stage in the lustrous career you are in.  You cannot expect a boy to do a man’s job.  Jermaine Dupri is a boy.  Your bad!
